I think that was the reason and it was discussed earlier. FB removed thousands who were RSO's.

So, his sex offense was in 2007 when he was 19... on the Ohio RSO search it says his offense was in another state. I searched the Colorado registry but he did not come up. Does that mean it was not in CO or OH? Or just that he would not still be on the CO registry if he had moved?

I wanted to figure out what his offense was... most likely he had sex with someone under 18 (don't know what the particular laws are in whatever state he was in at the time)

Honestly, though? The ones that are truly "out there" are never really the guilty ones. IMHO... Yeah, to look at this site, he looks like a "freak" but if he was truly a psycho, he's not gonna advertise like this. I think this is how LOTS of innocent people have gotten charged with crimes in the past (WM3 comes to mind) I hung with a group of people that tried their bestest to be "odd and weird" and they were the first ones you would want on your side. JMO

I believe he originally came up...oh darn...I think it was from FB...also he was posting about searches, and someone there found out he was RSO. And drat, I think she, KM, had posted to his removed page....
It may be nothing, but chief DID say all that had contact with her are POI's- so anyone can be considered.
Deelytful...it isn't so much the artsy people are rather interesting angle , but more the RSO- depending on the situation, he was involved in, may show a propensity to /not knowing proper parameters KWIM??

I can't seem to access it my friend.. What is a Tier 1.. Let me know either here or privately... I hung out in a club that u would have thought was the depths of society and when the lights went on, they were lawyers (no comment LOL) and designers.... Tier 1 is actually the lowest tier... includes a range of offenses. Do a google search "tier one sex offense ohio" and it should come up.

I'm not sure how you acquired the level of TA's offense, but I did find him listed as a RSO on a couple of government databases. One only shows his address in Cincinnati. I cannot confirm that the second one is him, but the age is right. It lists the location of the offense in Brighton, CO, which is 41 miles from Loveland, where he attended HS, so it is possible. There is a charge to view the full record. I could not access the link you gave and don't know if it's allowable to post the links for the two I accessed.

It's very curious that one of TA's interests listed on FB is hypnosis. Someone with less than honorable intentions could gain full cooperation of a victim by hypnotizing her. Even a dog can be hypnotized. I haven't ruled out JC, but it's possible that someone was lurking in the shadows when JC left KM's townhouse.

Detectives have retraced Markham's last steps. It's something they won't talk about while they investigate a mystery that may involve foul play.

On Friday, Carter told The Enquirer that police have asked him for the first time to give them a written statement about his movements the weekend Markham went missing.

Carter said Fairfield police also administered a voice stress analysis test - which measures stress in a person's voice to determine credibility - a couple of days after Markham disappeared. He said he believes he passed it.

Carter has said there was nothing unusual in the days leading up to Markham's disappearance.

There have been rumors that the couple argued Friday night when they went to the Sacred Heart Festival over Carter's spending $100 on raffle tickets for a prize of $10,000.

But Carter denies any argument with Markham. He said he bought the tickets thinking that winning $10,000 would help them in their move to Colorado, where Carter has been applying online for jobs.

"She thought it was a good idea. She was OK with it," he said.
