hopefully someone will be keeping an eye on them & making sure any offspring is taken away at birth

Poor baby!! Why do mothers stay with abusive partners instead of protecting their children? I hope the other children are now in good homes. This isn't the first time that the agency that is supposed to protect a child has put the child in harm's way by insisting the family must be reunited at all costs. The cost was too much this time. He should have stayed with his grandmother. I hope they learn from this situation.

I wish the sentences were longer......but right now I am just glad to hear a guilty verdict.
