Found Deceased OH - Lindsey Schobelock, 28, car found in Huntington Twp, Chillicothe, 23 Feb 2022

Not much in the way of new info, but new coverage and good thoughts. "
This was a good video, and does outline some important facts in Lindsey's disappearance. I would encourage anyone interested in her case to give this a watch.

Some important topics are discussed, including Lindsey's phone records, her ATM transaction, her reported MH issues, etc.

I still believe it's important to know who contacted Lindsey on the day she disappeared.

For some reason, publicly unknown at this time, she left her job suddenly, then withdrew some cash (amount also publicly unknown) from an ATM. Apparently someone, or some event, prompted Lindsey to need cash quickly.

I think if we can determine the facts about these events we might be able to get a better understanding of what was going on the day she disappeared.

I hope LE releases information about the communication Lindsey had while at work on 23 February as well as her subsequent ATM visit. IMO there could be a big difference between removing $50 and $500 from an ATM.

Since Lindsey reportedly left work early, didn't say anything to co-workers, drove to an ATM, withdrew cash (amount publicly unknown) and hasn't been seen again, knowing WHY she needed cash, and how much she took from the ATM could be important factors in her disappearance. MOO.

Bump! Really hoping an update or any new info is shared soon!
@mlhenn I agree. Lindsey's disappearance has gone quiet for far too long. For some reason Ross County Sheriff’s Office still hasn't disclosed the amount of cash Lindsey received at the ATM, or whether any of that cash has been recovered.

I'll have to go back and re-read the MSM reports on her case, but was it determined that Lindsey actually drove her car to the place it was found on Windy Ridge Road? IIRC the last actual sighting of Lindsey was at the ATM, and most of her personal items, including wallet, purse, phone, etc. were found at home. If Lindsey drove herself to Windy Ridge Road then apparently she did so with only car keys and, possibly, the cash from the ATM.

As all her belongings (wallet, purse, cell phone etc. etc.) were all found at her home, that indicates she went back home after the ATM visit.

I wonder if she arranged to meet someone back at her house who was collecting the cash, and things turned sour and got out of control?

Did she meet a customer at the tattoo parlour who was leaning on her for money? Or a relationship?

MOO.

@annpats these are very good questions. Unfortunately we have no answers to them at this time.

As you indicated, MSM reports that all of her personal belongings were found at home, except for her car and car keys, which were found on Windy Ridge Road. Therefore, it seems logical that after visiting the ATM, Lindsey drove to her home. Why she went there, or whether something happened at her home, or if she met someone there, we don't know.

As mentioned earlier in the thread, the amount of cash Lindsey withdrew from the ATM has not been reported by LE or MSM.

AFAIK, neither the sheriff's office or the media have released any information about what took place after Lindsey left the ATM. I've seen no MSM or LE reports about friends or neighbors seeing or speaking with Lindsey after she left work that day. However, since all of her personal items were discovered at home, including her wallet and phone, then the probability that she went home after leaving the ATM seems quite high. MOO

Ive been following along quietly and so sad to read this.

So an abandoned campsite area.... Hmmm

The case remains under investigation.

I think the answer will be in that phone call she received before she left work and disappeared.

RIP beautiful young Lady !!!

Lindsey started to change in January, according to Suellen and Lindsey's father, Joe.

"She believed everyone was against her. She was very delusional and paranoid and if you've ever dealt with people like that and tell them 'no it's not like that. We love you,' well they pull away, " Joe said.

Her parents believe their daughter stopped taking her medication.

"She had told me it's inevitable and I said 'what's inevitable?' and she wouldn't tell me. She said 'you'll find out,'" Joe said.
