Why are you jinxing me? lol

We each had posted at the same time about the same thing, the absence of Mr Kicker's story. It's just an old silly game I used to play...back in the day.... No offense at all

I think MSM put that headline out at the beginning.
You are right, there is very little info given.

It also could have been the younger sibling of Ma'Khia's who was living there who called.

It was her aunt who claimed she made the call to police but she also claimed the knife was dropped before she was shot and that turned out to be totally untrue.

I ve seen that many have said the first 911 call was probably MB. Why is that suspected? There is not much information given in that call.

Because her aunt said that on the first day immediately after the shooting to condemn the cops for shooting her.

It's all very much he said, she said or in this case she said, she said. Have you ever had to question your kids about something, they tend to blame each other don't they.I doubt we will ever get the true facts in this case.

Eta, the kicker seemed to appear from across the road as seen in neighbours video.
Is it likely he was just passing and knew some of the girls?

IMO, I don’t think Ma'Khia is the one that called the cops as you can hear arguing in the background of the 911 call. I think it was someone else in the home.

We know the news ran with what the aunt/real mom said initially but some of what they’ve said has already been proven untrue.

There was a lot going on at this home. this happened on 4/17 and someone dialed 911 0n 3/28/2021 and asked to be removed.

On the listed date and time, Officers arrived at the listed location to take a property damage report. Officers arrived and spoke with Victim #1 who stated that she was driving the listed vehicle Northbound on Noe Bixby Rd turning East on Refugee Rd with the other 2 victims at approximately 9:45 PM when she heard gun shots and heard something hit her vehicle. Victim stated that she did not believe she was the target of the gunfire and that she did not want to prosecute. Victim stated that she did not see who fired the shots, but that the bullet that hit her vehicle came from behind her (south). Officers looked at the listed vehicle and discovered 1 bullet hole on the right rear quarter panel above the wheel. Officers did not discover an exit hole for the bullet. Officers notified assault squad detectives of the incident.

Hi Tara!

If there is one thing I've learned after following cases for decades it is what family members of violent offenders have to say quite often turns out to be the total opposite of the truth.

Hazel Bryant told The Dispatch that she is the aunt of Ma’Khia Bryant. The girl lived in a foster home there on Legion Lane and got into an altercation with someone else at the home, she said.

Bryant said her niece had a knife, but maintained that the girl dropped the knife before she was shot multiple times by a police officer.

This statement to the press by Ma'Khia's aunt about her dropping the knife is just not true. The video captures her holding the knife when she was shot by the officer.

Any information from the aunt should be greeted with suspicion. JMO

That's what we're trying to figure out. That's how the question about the identity of the caller to LE came about, I wondered if it was the same person that called Kickhead to assist..
Just need to bite the bullet here and wait for news.
Shame there are no journalists any more..

If MSM is reporting factually , can we believe what her teachers say about her? That she was conscientious, had her homework done on time, concentrated in class and was a good student.( paraphrasing from memory here, that's the gist of it)
She was trying to get it right, keen to learn. Kept up.
I'm seeing this girl as a victim here.
She moved in to join her sister in February.
They were close, we are told.
She's doing well in school.
What happened to her?
That kind of rage can be borne from fear, among other things.
And it's safe to speculate that it must have arisen from the adult womens' visit? They were her targets, apparently.
Yet we have the report @sds located.
Are there others associated with that address?

I have two questions here. Firstly is it normal procedure for only one officer to be in a squad car and secondly where on earth did the dog come from that the girl in pink was holding. TIA

I've been pondering those two questions as well.

I thought that there were two officers but I am not sure if I read that or just assumed it.

Why is this even being allowed?

I believe anyone who lied or edited the truth should be sued in civil court.

I've seen attorneys say in the media this officer has good grounds for suing LJ.

The only way this dangerous, purposeful imo, misinformtion by the media is going to be curtailed is if they are hit with lawsuits.

Jmho
They do it because it causes outrage which is what they like. There's too many cases where the media knowingly edits facts out because if they told the truth, the situation isn't as bad as they portray it.

Honestly the threat of a lawsuit isn't going to stop them. The Washington Post settled a $250M lawsuit filed by Nick Sandmann after that whole reporting debacle involving him and the Native American elder. Here they are misreporting again and it definitely won't be the last time they do it.

Found this video with new info.

"Since November, there have been seven [911] calls to the home on Legion Lane." Foster mom had called 911 complaining about a 10-yr-old removing ornaments from xmas tree & yelling. Also called to report her foster children running away. MB's 15 yr old sister Jania called a month ago asking to get out of that foster home. Police told her they couldn't help with that and she said if they didn't get her out of that house she was going to kill someone.

Something was NOT right in that foster home.

Some screenshots with quotes from the video.

It is called freedom of speech. Like the people who swear that DC did not have his knee of GF's neck, but on his back.
And there would be a lot of politicians being sued if lying was able to be sued for IMO.
