LISBON — A Hanoverton man who failed to return home Nov. 5 remained listed as an endangered missing adult Monday afternoon, but Capt. Ryan Pike of the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office said his phone was found in an area near Highlandtown Lake.

He had a couple separate DUI and drug charge cases way back in 2001 however, nothing since but minor vehicular infractions (i.e. seatbelt, speeding). It doesn't look like it impacted his driving privileges though. Was he on foot when he left?

Missing Columbiana County man found dead

47-year-old Michael Arnoto's body was found on Monday, December 1 in a wooded area on Osbourne Road near Sines Road in Wellsville.

Columbiana County Sheriff Brian McLaughlin tells 21 News 47-year-old Michael Arnoto's body was found on Monday, December 1 in a wooded area on Osbourne Road near Sines Road in Wellsville.

McLaughlin said Arnoto's body was found in a car and was positively identified Wednesday night. The cause of death is under investigation, but McLaughlin says no foul play is suspected at this time.
