Police: Missing Cleveland woman with schizophrenia posted video from airport

According to a police report, Miller's mother said her daughter posted a video at Cleveland Hopkins Airport to her Instagram page.

The report also states that Miller's mother contacted her daughter's bank to determine if she purchased a plane ticket.
