Found Deceased OH - Phillip Woodworth, 31, Seaman, Adams County, 16 Oct 2016

Phillip Woodworth of Cincinnati went missing from the Seaman area, which he was visiting. He has a history of schizophrenia and mental problems, officials said.

He was last seen Oct. 16 and was reported missing last Wednesday.

Officials said he has several friends in Cincinnati and has been associated with people using the Freestore Foodbank. Deputies believe he may be in the area.
