I think George probably wishes he was in family court right now over custody of his son. But he is not. He is on trial for murder NOT a broken marriage.

This is all in court testimony, so I am not bashing Tabbi. This is actually part of the courts record, so I am stating facts that were brought out in court and have been made a huge part of this murder trial. Every single day we heard Tabbi mentioned in court. Several times a day. She has actually been mentioned about 10 times more than George has who is the defendant.

This is one of the things that has so irritated me about this case. It has absolutely nothing to do with the murders.

Tabbi is alive, so is Beth. George did not kill his ex wife. He gave her money for her fine. He took her to court to pay that fine. He dropped a protective order against her that the judge had put on her. He took her out to movies and dinner. He tried to reconcile with her "Work it out, fix things" until he found out she was still having sex with her best friends dad. That's when he called it quits and got a divorce. Even then he offered to get her an attorney. When he went to AK he offered to fly her and her daughter up there, pay all her expenses, but she refused because her husband didn't want her to go. So once again she chose a man over her son. He was as fair with Tabbi as he could possibly be. A lot more fair than most men would have been in that situation.

He did not take BW from Tabbi. She wrote him a note and told him she didn't want to take BW with her. At that point she abandoned BW for a different life. She couldn't or wouldn't be tied down by a child. She wouldn't even go file for custody of BW until BCI told her to. I have no sympathy for Tabbi and the fact that she cancelled many appointments to see her son or didn't show up because George didn't want the man she was cheating on him with there at his house or her mother who held her down so her stepdad could sexually abuse her. That is very understandable I think. Why would Tabbi ever have anything to do with her mother after she was grown.

Tabbi is no victim. Other than her saying George slapped her after she bit him and kneed him in the cajones she did not mention any other physical abuse in the 10 or 12 + years she knew him or was married to him. That is DV alright. But she was the aggressor not him. Any other man would have knocked her into the middle of next week for biting him and kneeing him in the groin.

I felt sorry for her at first. That wore off some when Parker had her on cross. After hearing George's side I think he was well rid of her.

And George never laid a hand on Beth. Ever. So where is she a victim of DV from George.

It's like Parker said, George didn't kill Tabbi, he didn't kill Beth whom he disliked intensely, so why would he go along with a plan to kill Hannah, who he shared many pleasant times and memories with and who he said he cared about?

I just hope there are some people with common sense on that jury that sees through the state's BS.

This is just my opinion.
T even stated to HMR that she still loved G4 and always had, and had it not been for his MOTHER they would likely still be together, in an email she read from, dated 2015. (T even admitted to cheating on him, during their marriage, on the stand. No jealous husband killed her.)

HMR describes HER love for CH and how good he is with S, even though she's a brat, and how he'd helped raise a child with Downes, and he accepts K b/c she became pregnant around the time they first slept together (Calls child's bio dad a "sperm donor"). She'd have gone back to JW, but can't live like that, b/c they were so controlling and JW freaked anytime she went to see her mom or dad. (THIS would be another huge burr under JW's and AW's saddles)

I only found out after my dad passed that he was treated horribly by a vicious psychopath. His mother.
NEVER did I hear him say even one word bad about her. When I heard half of the abuse he endured I cried.
He never spoke of her. Only once, when he had dementia and cried on Christmas eve that his mother never wanted him. Why that came out of his mouth after all those years, I don't know. He was 85 at that time.
Sad and am sorry. Glad he said something, though. It's never too late. IMO, that generation did not speak much about feelings, it was how they were raised. At least that’s what I’ve experienced with older relatives.

I am not in the medical industry; however, imo, mental illness is hereditary. Begin raised in an abusive household you learn certain ways of behavior and it becomes the norm. As you move on through life you attract similar people to your upbringing.
However, many also make the choice to break the cycle of abuse and make for a better life than what they had.

It appears at times that bad behavior is being accepted. Some are more concerned about minor issues and less about what is happening to our children. We need to protect our future.

Whoa! This is the first time I’m hearing about Jake wanting to be on Kylie’s birth certificate & that Jake &’Angela bought Kylie a crib! (I tuned in the during the last week of the trial)
I’m sure Angela & Jake were using the excuse that the Rhodens were their good friends & whatnot, but it sounds to me that Angela was prepping for another little girl coming to live with & be brought up the Wagner home & call her “Mommy.”
I think the crib had been S that was at the Wagners.
I think JW was wanting to claim K even though he knew she wasn't his.

Good morning from the Pike Co. Courthouse where deliberations will begin momentarily in OH v. #GeorgeWagnerIV. Jurors heard closings and jury instructions yesterday.

Jurors in OH v. #GeorgeWagnerIV have been deliberating for about an hour - give or take - and have asked to see exhibits. Prosecutors met with Judge Deering in chambers to discuss which exhibits jurors want to see. We saw a big box of photos brought down.

We now have a third question from the jurors. Not sure what #2 and #3 were. Will try to get more info. OH v. #GeorgeWagnerIV

A box of evidence just taken into the deliberation room

Ok. So, I just found out these "questions" from the jurors are not really questions. They were more requests for evidence. Prosecutors have been bringing down various items and handing them to the bailiff to give to the jurors.

Yes. Jake wanted to have Hanna put him on the birth certificate and pretend he was the bio dad. Angela too. Not only did Chris Jr's close friend say this but it came out in court at a hearing I think. Also I think MSM mentioned it in an article. Jake was desperate to get Hanna back and stealing another man's baby was just another way to try to do it.

Just going by what I saw today. He said, while making motions with his body, CR was hit in the arm, whipped around (talked about blood spatter) bent over and was hit in the face with splinters, then took rounds in the top of his head. He mentioned a shot through the heart (and I believe he meant while standing) . Some shots were after he was on the floor.

I'm done reciting and fetching timestamps. If you anyone thinks I'm lying, go watch today's video and see if you still think so.

Y'all tell it the way you want. It's in the hands of the jury now.
As the judge stated a million times, closing is meant to persuade, the factual documents will be in the jury room. He can do all the flare and reenacting he wishes in closing. They'll have the coroners report and the autopsy findings.

I think that was his standard, fancy go-to meetin' fare. ;) Rarely worn, in great condition! They have all kinds of faiths in prison. If convicted, I'm sure he'll find one that suits him. Maybe Preacher Jake can recommend one since he's got himself some jailhouse religion.
GW might better start bulking up them muscles... like his bro.

When you have to resort to name calling and insults, it’s a reflection on you and your argument - not those who disagree with you

He might if he gets bored enough. He'll probably find his niche and stick there. There's a niche for every group.

You bring up some good points.

I do differ with your opinion on Tabi and EW. I strongly feel that if they didn't leave/escape/give up custody they might not be alive today.

Sadly, HMR didn't escape in time. She stood up to the Wagners and tried to keep S.

JMO
She did leave. JW couldn't handle that he'd been left.

Funny how that works, if one doesn't watch the trial, they don't see what was said, but are prepared to dispute anything.
I wasn't at the trial. I just saw what they showed us. You should have taken notes for us from inside the courtroom! ;) Didn't know you were there Colonel.

I love this quote that is pinned at the top of her Twitter! Every time I got to her page to see updates I see it and think yep.

Since he would likely be unwanted in the Piketon area, you could take him in and give him a job in your business…

Even CN said he still loved him but wouldn't want to be around him anymore. He's tainted meat.

I recall it being said that JW put a crib together but not that one was bought. I thought it was probably SW’s old crib.

This was good! He said those kids were always going to be raised Wagners and then when he said this photo was AFTER the murders and this is what it was about.
Yeah doesn't look like George was trying to get away from the family he couldn't stand

For sure this kind of trauma exists, I’ve been thinking a lot about this too with this case. Wondering where and why all the paranoia came from in this family.

Also, there’s been scientific research in the field of epigenetics showing how trauma can affect DNA generationally. Here’s an article about it from BBC where they look at the children and grandchildren of POWs. I’m not sure if they talk about it in this article but there’s been studies with mice where they study over generations and the newer generations react to the traumas of their ancestors. It’s super fascinating and makes a lot of sense to me.

That's very interesting. Thank you for sharing the article. I feel they are on to something. Maybe there's hope for us as a species after all.

I'm sure most have seen photos of these: As collected from T Kaczynski's cabin in the woods....
I would have thought there would be something similar in the defense's bag of distractions. Many exchanges above revolve around the bloody shoe prints as well as the moisture pattern left at Site 4. JMO.
Q: did any portion of the actual shoes producing those prints survive and get located such that they are physical evidence in this case?
