T even stated to HMR that she still loved G4 and always had, and had it not been for his MOTHER they would likely still be together, in an email she read from, dated 2015. (T even admitted to cheating on him, during their marriage, on the stand. No jealous husband killed her.)I think George probably wishes he was in family court right now over custody of his son. But he is not. He is on trial for murder NOT a broken marriage.
This is all in court testimony, so I am not bashing Tabbi. This is actually part of the courts record, so I am stating facts that were brought out in court and have been made a huge part of this murder trial. Every single day we heard Tabbi mentioned in court. Several times a day. She has actually been mentioned about 10 times more than George has who is the defendant.
This is one of the things that has so irritated me about this case. It has absolutely nothing to do with the murders.
Tabbi is alive, so is Beth. George did not kill his ex wife. He gave her money for her fine. He took her to court to pay that fine. He dropped a protective order against her that the judge had put on her. He took her out to movies and dinner. He tried to reconcile with her "Work it out, fix things" until he found out she was still having sex with her best friends dad. That's when he called it quits and got a divorce. Even then he offered to get her an attorney. When he went to AK he offered to fly her and her daughter up there, pay all her expenses, but she refused because her husband didn't want her to go. So once again she chose a man over her son. He was as fair with Tabbi as he could possibly be. A lot more fair than most men would have been in that situation.
He did not take BW from Tabbi. She wrote him a note and told him she didn't want to take BW with her. At that point she abandoned BW for a different life. She couldn't or wouldn't be tied down by a child. She wouldn't even go file for custody of BW until BCI told her to. I have no sympathy for Tabbi and the fact that she cancelled many appointments to see her son or didn't show up because George didn't want the man she was cheating on him with there at his house or her mother who held her down so her stepdad could sexually abuse her. That is very understandable I think. Why would Tabbi ever have anything to do with her mother after she was grown.
Tabbi is no victim. Other than her saying George slapped her after she bit him and kneed him in the cajones she did not mention any other physical abuse in the 10 or 12 + years she knew him or was married to him. That is DV alright. But she was the aggressor not him. Any other man would have knocked her into the middle of next week for biting him and kneeing him in the groin.
I felt sorry for her at first. That wore off some when Parker had her on cross. After hearing George's side I think he was well rid of her.
And George never laid a hand on Beth. Ever. So where is she a victim of DV from George.
It's like Parker said, George didn't kill Tabbi, he didn't kill Beth whom he disliked intensely, so why would he go along with a plan to kill Hannah, who he shared many pleasant times and memories with and who he said he cared about?
I just hope there are some people with common sense on that jury that sees through the state's BS.
This is just my opinion.
HMR describes HER love for CH and how good he is with S, even though she's a brat, and how he'd helped raise a child with Downes, and he accepts K b/c she became pregnant around the time they first slept together (Calls child's bio dad a "sperm donor"). She'd have gone back to JW, but can't live like that, b/c they were so controlling and JW freaked anytime she went to see her mom or dad. (THIS would be another huge burr under JW's and AW's saddles)
