Jake did say he would cooperate/testify at the other trials in his plea deal. I am not sure about Angela's plea deal. I believe she did agree to cooperate, but not sure. We did not get to see hers. Her lawyer stated at her sentencing she intended to continue to cooperate but that could change, I guess.
I thought once the judge sentenced them before Billy's trial that did away with the requirement that they had to testify. They already got their sentence. Before that (he) had to testify to keep their sentence/plea deal.
The State is appealing both of their sentence/terms.
Jake did say he would cooperate/testify at the other trials in his plea deal.

Jake is a notorious liar. I do not think for one minute he will keep his word unless forced to. Covert Operative I may be wrong, but I see Fred's hand in all this chaos. I think the whole mess is designed to keep Jake and Angie's testimony out so Billy can walk free. It has been her goal all along to have him out of jail. Never once has she admitted that her son, DIL and grandsons committed such a monstrous crime. Never once has she expressed remorse that her family did this even when Jake told the whole world they did do it. Never once has she apologized to the victims' families for the actions of her own family. I truly do not know how she sleeps at night. She is absolutely an entitled, soulless gutter rat.

An update on my great niece. The suspect has confessed and will be sentenced next month. Even that sorry excuse for a human being apologized to us and said he never meant to kill her but just subdue her and stop her screaming. I hope he gets the death penalty. Oklahoma is famous for executing DP prisoners and I hope his stay in prison is particularly painful. He callously snuffed out a beautiful girl's life who could have made a difference in this world as an oncologist. How many sick people did he kill by taking the life of an intelligent girl who may have developed a cure for cancer or at the very least healed many people diagnosed with this terrible disease? As of yet I cannot find forgiveness in my heart for him, so please everyone pray that one day I can.

I’m confused. Why would the testimony in George’s trial be admissible if they refuse to testify? Why wouldn’t the right to confront your accusers apply to Billy’s trial?

Ps please keep politics out of the discussion on things that haven’t happened. For one thing Presidents have no power to pardon convictions in state courts only federal courts. https://www.americanbar.org/advocac.../dec-2020-wl/legal-fact-check-pardons-1220wl/
They can and will be subpoenaed to Billy's trial. They may try to take the 5th Amendment and not testify. The Court will decide if they can or not. Regardless, their prior statements can be admitted as evidence. They are sitting right there to dispute them if they like and are available for cross examination by the Defense, even if they take the 5th. The 6th amendment right to confront doesn't guaranty a cooperative witness.
