I am curious to what is so important AW & RN feel the need to violate the no contact ruling? If that was my daughter I would not accept the calls just to make certain I did not place her privileges and freedom in jeopardy. There has to be a reason and purpose to these calls IMO.

IMHO, AW doesn't think she has to play by the rules. If she doesn't get her way, she just finds another route to take in order to get what she wants.....hence, murdering 8 innocent people and forging documents in order to have complete control over custody of her granddaughter. JMO.

Sorry for the delay in posting the Timeline and Case Summary above. It takes an hour or so to re-format these when I post them here. I'm busy this morning and may not be able to finish.

Thank you for doing all this work for these victims. This is part of the justice that they deserve when you present the facts so well so that the law prevails. Thank you for all your efforts for how this family was targeted and annihilated. All these souls.

I think AW likely feels like she has nothing to lose. She knows what evidence the prosecution has against her. She might also feel it likely that RN will be found guilty too. Might as well try to talk now. Won't be that same chance in the future. They both clearly feel it's worth the risk and punishment for it. The rules weren't muddy at all.

And the State of Ohio isn't paying her defense. Who is? Her son is up to his eyeballs in his own legal matters. All just my opinion.

Not the same. There is a difference between sealed records and expunged records. They are 2 different things....

They would not be able to access any expunged records. Expunged records are gone, they are not sealed, they are just completely gone---they don't exist. The same as someone who has no arrests. The same as someone with no criminal record. I speak from first-hand experience but just consider it My 2 Cents without links.

There is one circumstance where expunged records can be accessed and used:

If you commit a crime and are found guilty or take a plea and admit your guilt, etc...The sentencing judge can get the access to your expunged record and use it in regards to sentencing.

I assume you are correct as I am not an authority on sealed vs expunged, but my job requires me to do audits of BCII criminal background checks and I see all kinds of things that show up on anyone who had misdemeanors or felonies under the age of 18. Usually it is theft, underage consumption and disorderly conduct but I have seen Occasionally DV and attempted murder (@18). The background checks tell the initial charges and final disposition. I also know my sister in-law pulled a gun on an intruder in her home then followed her outside and shot “to scare her” but didn’t hit her. My sister in-law’s charges were eventually dropped and she paid a hefty amount (not sure of amt) to have her records expunged but when she was killed Krapenc brought out her past record for the defense. We all dropped our teeth cuz we knew she paid a lot to have it totally destroyed. I don’t have links, only personal experience, so this is jmo.

IMO, it means there was a motion filed by Junk on behalf of Canepa to Suspend Privileges (of Rita’s bond). The State wants to expedite revocation of Rita’s bail bond for violating her bail. At least that’s how I read it. JMOO

I believe, IMO, RN’s case IS paid by the humble taxpayers of the State of Ohio. I believe Fred was the only one paying
