Have you ever been to Inez, that little town is like Piketon expect for where Piketon had uranium and furniture factory it had coal mining but it has a lot of crime, drugs and corruption in politics. Martin county has 12000 people living in it with 3 courthouse, the county is broke, you can’t drink the water but they keep raising the water bill, old people on a fixed income can not afford to live there, it’s on the news all the time for drug bust, don’t get me wrong Martin is like everywhere else it has good people living there also but to many politicians are corrupted and their family keeps voting them back in to office JMO it’s a lot like Pike county Ohio JMO

The only thing I can think of is that maybe AW didn't want her whereabouts known as of 7/2018. That was the month the Grand Jury met. If her whereabouts were unknown, she couldn't be served with a subpoena to appear before the Grand Jury.
Perhaps she thought the W4 might settle quietly and anonymously in Montana or Missouri?

Interesting question, yes, why did Angela hide her current address in July 2018? She lied to the court (when her father's estate went to probate during that month) saying that she still lived in Kenai Alaska when in fact she had been living in her dad's South Webster Ohio house since May. And why give up her rights to be the executor of her dad's estate, turning the responsibility over to her mom? Was she avoiding law enforcement? Something was going on with her.

The Wagner's were seen on a regular basis in South Webster Ohio from around May 2018 until their arrests in November 2018. Point 3 miles (one minute) down the road from Angela's South Webster house is the Sunoco gas station and on November 18, 2018, the owner of the Sunoco station said the Wagner's had been coming into her store for the past 6 months which goes back to May 2018.

You could be on to something, that Angela was avoiding the possibility of being served a GJ subpoena because July 2018 is is the exact month that Fred was called to testify before the GJ and of course it's possible she was afraid of being arrested.

I believe the Wagner's were in Montana and Missouri in the time frame of mid-May to mid-June 2017 when they were "missing" and Angela said they were on vacation.
Yes it's possible they were contemplating "hiding out" anonymously in one of those states.

There was a probate court site for AW's father's estate and that site showed the specific signed documents by AW etc.

I can't find that site now but my guess is that Scioto County has updated their website and those documents/details are now missing.

I think AW was in Ohio signing documents for her father's estate in July 2018.

I am not a probate person but it appeared to me that she was trying to settle his estate and it would benefit her financially. The State of Ohio did not file a claim against the estate in mid-July when this started so it's possible that she didn't realize that the state would seek repayment for Medicaid.

This is only my theory and my recollection of the previous court site. moo. jmo.

I saw that too. But prosecution probably made deals. The judge usually goes with prosecutors recommendations unless it goes against law. I'm sure Judge Deering knows that he had them before him for felonies (BW and AW).
I would imagine that doesn't sit well with him as they became killers. Only MOO

Agree. RN's attorney is not court-appointed. He is being paid top dollar. He is a very expensive attorney in Portsmouth. JMO

IMO, "reasons" will just be more WHINING about having to take care of her mother and her farm and whatever else RN and her attorney have added to the list. Hogwash! She shouldn't break the law if she can't take the punishment. No sympathy from me. All JMO

Her ex husband, AW’s dad, died and RN is the executor of the estate. She has to make sure all bills are paid before the estate is settled. The house remained in RN & EC’s name because he never changed it. ODJFS has a lien on it due to estate recovery of medical expenses spent on him. It remains in her hands as it’s not settled yet, possibly because her lawyer withdrew after she was arrested.

This is interesting as it is still an open case. Rita's ex-husband passed away without a Will and Angela is next of kin and is legally the executor /fudicary of her dad's estate. She gave up that right and appointed her mom as executor. Even though Angela was not in Alaska when this was filed July 10, 2018, the Kenai address is considered her last permanent address even though she had moved into her dad's house in South Webster Ohio.

Angela trusted her mom and waived the estate bond.
The Medicaid Estate Recovery means that her dad likely owed some unpaid medical bills which is usually the case when there is an illness.

An appraiser was hired by the estate to appraise all the real property (land and permanent structures) and to appraise the property, it's called taking an inventory, which includes
all the items that belong with the property including any vehicles.

The attorney representing the estate didn't get paid and and had to file a claim for $1,436.88. He filed a Motion To Withdraw As Counsel and sent the estate a past due notice for his fees.

IMO there won’t be much, if any, left of his estate. The “taxable assessed value” is just barely more than the ODJFS lien. All land taxes also have to be paid before it can be given to beneficiaries.
