I think it might be "try poking" can't make out the next word, but I think the first 4 letters might be PODI.... Then it says "Trying to breathe."

I don't have time to look at pics right now, but a TIA is transient ischemic attack and it can mimic a stroke, can also be called a mini stroke. A TIA can cause symptoms of stroke (for example, one-sided paralysis) but doesn't do any permanent damage to the brain. My take as a many-year medical transcriptionist. IMO.

Do the couple of nurses I've seen posting here agree?

Yes. And UTI is urinary tract infection. She misspelled Silvadene cream but it is used for burns, and the word “burn” is written as well.

I wonder if she writes important stuff on her pants all the time so she doesn't lose important notes, especially if you can see she washes them out. Maybe a work habit? On work pants?

Judge revoke phone calls, letters privileges for Angela Wagner

"WAVERLY, Ohio (FOX19) - Angela Wagner can no longer make and receive phone calls or write and receive letters, Judge Randy Deering ruled Monday afternoon.

The only exceptions to his ruling are for Wagner’s defense team, investigators for the defense, and mitigation experts, Deering said.

Monday’s hearing heard 49 motions from Wagner’s attorney such as one that says the death penalty is unconstitutional.

He is expected to take matters under advisement and issue an opinion later.

This was Wagner’s first appearance in court since the first week of July...."

Youngest Wagner waives right to speedy trial, Wagner patriarch also in court

"WAVERLY, Ohio (FOX19) - The youngest Wagner family member charged with murder in 2016′s Pike County massacre was in court Tuesday morning.

Edward “Jake” Wagner and his father George “Billy” Wagner III shared a court date with the patriarch appearing in court Tuesday afternoon.

Both appeared for motion hearings.

Tuesday morning, Jake Wagner’s attorneys went over motions they’ve filed, set a November 1 cut off for ‘fact-specific’ motions and a next hearing date of Oct. 8 at 1:30 p.m.

During the hearing, the youngest Wagner also waived his right to a speedy trial through Jan. 31 2021, which means it could be more than a year before his case goes to court.

Billy Wagner’s hearing was a run-of-the-mill motions hearing discussing multiple small items such as the sharing of information between the prosecution and defense...."
