Isn't there a "meeting place" of the FOP (Fraternity of Police) around there someplace? I'm sure it's not painted fire orange though. Just trying to learn more about the area, and I love puzzles. I say we all take Cool Cat's advice and "buckle up for the ride!" The lowly defense has begun to show its ugly face in the media! All just meant to distract from the facts at hand...upcoming trials, hard, raw evidence, reminders of helpless victims BRUTALLY murdered in their homes by the most evil humans on Earth who "premeditated and planned" every single move... This wasn't just an accident. I will trust in the Truth of evidence that the State holds! JMO

Actually, many people receive deals when they are guilty -in general plea negotiations, or in exchange for being a witness against their co-defendants. (Think Sammy the Bull.) Think also about how much easier the state's case would be if one of them agreed to testify against the others. I know it's doubtful, but desperate times call for desperate measures. And I will add that if you think there has not been, or will be, an offer to at least two of the four Wagner's to spill the beans, I think you would be mistaken. All just MOO

It's just that I can't see the Wagners turning each other in, but now...on the other hand...NO ONE showed up to support Angela, Jake or George 4. Now, this could be a ploy of their attorneys...or not. IF FW and RW are now only supporting Billy...shame shame shame. If I were any of the 3 being betrayed, I would deal in a New York Minute. Yes, I believe they were all approached with deals in hand, even Sammy the Bull was offered a deal with 19 murders under his belt, but this enmeshed to the core family will not turn on each other. Ain't gonna happen. They are all for one and one for all.

Just pondering. I never suspected it to be walking distance. Escapes are hardly ever on foot, IMO. Perhaps a faked medical emergency (stoke) and meeting up of resources. JMO of course

A rough day for AW in court:

1.) Mail and phone privileges suspended without her attorney's arguing that Motion, also her attorney putting it on record that she violated a court order.

2.) No one showed up in court to support her.

3.) The prosecution argued against the Judge granting Angie this Motion:

49) DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO INSTRUCT THE JURY TO CONSIDER MERCY IN ITS MITIGATION PHASE DELIBERATIONS, AND TO PROHIBIT THE PROSECUTOR FROM ARGUING THAT THE JURY SHOULD NOT CONSIDER MERCY FILED

I was surprised by this. Not sure what to make of it.

This motion is interesting. She still appears in prisoners clothe (unless I am wrong otherwise it's a sad pyjama). She discusses the case while she knows she could get caught.

It looks to me she accepts guilt. She probably seeks redemption spiritually. I think she will talk at some point. All JMO.

I'm speculating that CRsr and KR were killed about the same time, and the others within an hour of the first two. JMO that CRsr and KR were killed at the same time, due to a statement that KR could monitor CR's security videos in real time... killing him early would prevent him tipping off LE, or attacking the killers in progress. MOO.

I would love to know who installed the camera systems.

I believe that Donald Stone noticed KR's were missing immediately. The killers were working at night so how long would it take to remove that equipment?

Also, I just don't think that BW or AW would be able to remove that equipment quickly and on ladders etc.

I believe JW removed all of that. I think that he was most familiar with it (possibly even installing it) but I still think he was a shooter. MOO. JMO.

Definitely GW4, and perhaps AW. I could be way off here, but I kind of doubt that AW pulled a trigger. So, I think her complicity is less severe, and therefore a plea bargain may be offered to her. The other side of that is how awful an existence in Marysville she would have as a Mother who sold out her own child. All JMO

One theory I have is that it was JW. He was very violent with both Dana and Hanna Gilley and apparently resented both of them for what he felt was interference in his control of Hannah Rhoden and ultimately, access to his daughter. If he treated Hannah Rhoden badly during their relationship, Dana would have been the protective mother who led the effort to keep him out of HR's life and retain custody of Sophia. HG also probably played a role in HR distancing herself from Jake.

I agree. OTH. if AW was listening to the Rhodens dissing her son, kids and family then she could have been the protective motive. If the Wagner's overheard the Rhodens threatening to take Jake for child support, underage sex etc etc them AW could have been the driving force. Child support is $ 200 week approximately on a 30k salary.

JMO but I believe that AW and JW are the evil ones in this bunch.

Our main timeline has any relevant info about that as reported in the news media. That's the limitation here, WRT social media, hearsay, etc. Others here would know more about what was posted on Facebook, etc.

We've never found a conclusive answer on when JW showed up to pick up or drop off Sophia, and the Timeline reflects that. In the news media, the Wagners versions of that info changed. At first, JW said he was at Dana's home hours before the murders, but later changed his story. JMO, we'll have to wait for the trials to learn more.

Yes, the preliminary autopsy report stated that CR1 may have been killed before the others as his body was in a more advanced state of decomp.

If anyone living today spoke with CR1 prior to his death, prosecutors are keeping that info confidential until the trials. It's probably all in the evidence files. Others here know more than I, but I doubt he had a FB account.
