CC, can't thank you enough for starting this thread!! After reading this guy's history on Scioto County Common Pleas, all I can say is WOW. Not that I think he had anything to do with the Rhoden and Gilley murders. So happy though that the Newsome family can rejoice in a valid arrest. This suspect has a real lengthy record and unreal court information of cancellation after cancellation. For what reason? Sorry. Should have posted to the new thread!

Hey CC, I met someone at a gas station that told me they dated one of the Rhoden kids before, they really was scared to talk with me at first but I told them about all of us here on Websleuths and what we talked about, they started telling about the abuse that Hanna May took and all the creeping around Jake did watching her before Jake and Hanna split up, they also told me if Little Chris would had went to school that day he would have survived, I thought about what they told me and it would have put Dana, Hana, and Chris Jr death at 6:00 am, there is a lot of logic in what they told me, Bobby Jo said that she got Ruger out of Frankie and Hannah’s bed around 7:45 am and he was patting his daddy’s bloody sticking chest, I have been reading on how long it takes blood to dry and if Frankie was shot between 1:00 am and 6: 00 am the blood on Frankie chest would be dry, smeared blood drys very quickly and pool blood drys slower, this is just mine and someone in Piketon Ohio Opinion.

No, I went to Columbus for a funeral and spent 5 or 6 hours riding and looking around Pike County Ohio, I tried to speak to a few people about the Rhodens and Wagners but there are a lot of people still scared of the Wagners and said they had a lot of pull in Pike County, I was on Union Hill road also back in April and last week

The corner filed the time of death at 8:00 am I would say they wasn’t off by much JMO

The 1st 911 call was placed at 7:49 am so (JMO) the coroner listed the preliminary time of death as the time that the victims were discovered by LE.

We have not seen the final autopsy reports so we don't know the estimated time of death.

It isn't about lying. What you posted here was not a lie, it was what you were told. What you were told was likely hearsay to some extent. It was interesting to read and believable information from other things posted. Thanks for sharing.

JBB, hearsay just means third-party or not first-person or first-hand. Doesn't mean what you said isn't true.
I get what you're saying though, that the murders may have been closer to morning than midnight. Makes sense to me, since it was opening day of hunting maybe the killers thought the gunshots would be dismissed.
I remember a news report that someone had heard gunshots in the middle of the night, and we do surmise that possibly CRsr was killed earlier than the rest.
We have to wait for the TOD testimony in the trials, and other LE evidence to know.
It is sad to hear a school chum thought CRjr had a chance *if only* he'd have been on his way to school by the time the killers arrived. Maybe he was awake and did try to hide.
