A post was removed because it criticized JW's appearance and contained a statement that indicated prior drug use by JW. It was removed because WS does not condone criticizing physical appearance and to my knowledge there is no MSM to specifically indicate prior drug use by JW. Subsequent posts were then removed for speculating that the accused Wagners were possibly in a drug fueled rage when they allegedly killed the Rhodens and I am not aware of any MSM that supports such speculation of drug fueled rages by members of the family.

Please know that it is a violation of TOS (aka The Rules) to discuss moderation on the thread and can result in an automatic TO. If you want to challenge or take on a Mod or Admin for something you disagree with, do it respectfully through private message and discuss it in a civil fashion without attacking them sarcastically on a public thread.

All from articles. Many times I've posted quotes from people who knew the victims and have had good things to say. There are several articles about Tony and his brother taking care of the land, articles with quotes that the Rhodens would give you the shirt off their back, all kinds of very nice insightful quotes from people who knew them ---

I have posted literally lists of quotes with links to good things people have said about the Rhodens and Hannah Gilley. Just awhile back I listed a dozen quotes with links in one post alone.

Your welcome Cool Cat, I’m just trying to keep the thread going in between court dates, and it felt real good to talk with local people that did not speak bad about the Rhodens like Kathleen Hale wrote in her piece she did article right after the murders, the Rhodens Massacre was a bad thing and I hope that justice will be served!

Correct. Every word the defendants say without initiation from someone else, can and will be used against them. And before this motion was detailed on April 4, Jake had already spilled his guts to someone. All just my opinion.

This information comes from Rita's October 7th Hearing:

No Hearing is being scheduled at this time, just a rescheduling of the October 21st Jury Trial which will be rescheduled within 30 days. Prosecutors and Defense team will agree on a date.

The lead investigator couldn't make it to Trial so they are rescheduling for him. According to Junk he is "absolutely essential" for the Trial and they "need his Testimony." We will hear a lot from him because he's the lead detective for the WAGNER 4. The 4 Wagners talked revenge against him--now he gets to stare them down in Court -- he's regularly in Court for every Hearing.

So it appears the next time Rita will be in Court will be for her Trial. Let's hope her Trial will start before Thanksgiving.

Sorry, Buckeyes, I had to go back and read the motion written and agreed upon in court April 4. IMO, since this specific document is dated April 4, it only pertains to that date and forward.

Now, IMO, obviously something had occurred prior to this date, in JW's case, to cause this uproar and writing of the document, which IIRC, took hours in Judge's chambers to resolve. IMO, JW realized he had initiated conversation with and voluntarily spilled his guts with another inmate. After which, the document was drawn up April 4. I believe JW's statements before April 4 can and WILL be used against him by the prosecution. Yay for the State...they were one step ahead of him! After April 4, he would have to be totally stupid to have uttered another word. All JMO. Hope that helps.

The first is knowingly forging documents then notarizing them and maybe even knowing why she was doing it...ie getting rid of HR.

The second is being duped by family and breaking the law by not seeing a person sign a document you're notarizing.
