Just found it. Search warrant being executed at Fredericka Wagner’s property - Scioto Valley Guardian.

"The Guardian has learned that a search warrant is being conducted right now, November 6, 2019, at Fredericka Wagner’s property, The Flying W farm, by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigations and the Pike County Sheriff’s office. The warrant has been on-going since Monday.

Wow, thanks for that info! Could it be that giving FW some rope finally produced results?

Should we be checking the local jail rosters? Where did they house her before?

"And Wagner influence ..." you know it was there. How else does someone commit crimes, but the prosecutor doesn't bother to take action, until time has expired for prosecution?

I feel badly for Kenneth's daughter; she did the right thing by doing all she could to make sure S was ok.

Looks like the Prosecutors were serious about wanting to re-charge her. The search at her farm right now-- as we speak-- is related to the Rhoden/Gilley homicides. Canepa said in Court they might bring new charges for her after going through more evidence.

Of course we don't know if she'll be re-charged but now I believe they are looking for a way to do so.

Prosecutors made a motion to dismiss perjury and obstruction of justice charges against the matriarch of the Wagner family in connection to the murders of eight members of the Rhoden and Gilley families but reserved the right to refile charges at a later date.

He didn't "know." He was speculating that the murders happened because of road rage or from child custody. He knew what was going on with the custody but he didn't know for sure that the murders were custody related.
These are the only 2 things I remember him saying regarding motive for the murders of his family. There could be more.

The only person murdered who had any custody issues was Hanna. No one else in the families who had custody issues was murdered. Obviously, to me, Leonard is referring to Hanna possibly being murdered due to custody.

And she had two infants who had different fathers who were both disagreeing with her on custody matters. I'm not saying that the G boy did this, I'm just saying I don't think it was crystal clear , to anyone, at day one. I could be wrong though. Everyone may have known except LE and me.

The woman charged with slapping CRjr was in a situation where SHE could have lost custody of HER kids over that being charged in that incident, also. That is whom I thought he was referring to originally since he mentioned the "road rage attack and maybe a child custody thing". It was discussed at that time because of a comment that woman made. My opinion only... LM is the only one who knows what he meant....

Can you show the commit that the Road Rage Lady made? Also a lot of those murders happened over custody but the majority of what happened was because the Wagners proud was hurt, Hanna left Jake for Charley Guilly also if Bad Billy got whipped by Big Chris that destroyed his reputation, Dana got a new home so that meant the Wagners couldn’t Use the court system to prove her a unfit mother thing, like CC said earlier the Wagners felt Entitlement they had that high price Attorney that help use the court system to take advantage of the poor when they knew that they wasn’t going to let any land be sold, you all see what the Wagners are accused of what do you all think they did that we don’t know about, that is scary to think about, aging this is just JMO

Just hazarding a guess, but that almost sounds like they're looking for something on the property (and it's a lot of acreage), in outbuildings, etc. Buried evidence from the night of the murders? They've been through her house pretty thoroughly, but who knows?

Anyone know of any folks who live nearby? Anyone have a drone out that way?

I've looked at that property before on Google Maps w/o seeing that, but who knows? Old, small ones can be difficult to spot from above.

Dive team? Seriously that would include Wells. Post if you have a link to dive team but I know you might have heard of them but it's not in the news.

To secure the property all week means no one comes in, no business can be done there. Now this is more serious then just a 2 day search this is different. Something happened. Did someone talk deliberately or accidently? Was she wiretapped? Just speculating.
