True, but we heard about shortly after they found that piece. The "important stuff" bucket, for example, we did not.

I don't think there's much to the "important stuff" tub. JMO, that was a term of art RN was using to make it seem dramatic. "Important stuff" was probably a label like most of us have for a file or container that holds important documents for the family and household - birth certificates, marriage license, passports, vehicle titles, insurance policies, SSN cards, etc. How does RN plan to explain how a custody document, with a forged signature imitating Hanna May Rhoden, was being stored along with all the other important W family documents? JMO, there's no good explanation for that.

Sorta my point. We got to see the big find within days.

The guy in the middle pointed them in the direction of the trees, or so it seems. I wonder how much of the farm they're trying to cover.

If that video was taken off Loys Run Rd or Bethel Hill Rd, they would be heading towards one of those "gullies" in the field or one of the ponds on the other side of the hill. It looks like there's a fence line at the top of the hill.

Can you show the commit that the Road Rage Lady made? Also a lot of those murders happened over custody but the majority of what happened was because the Wagners proud was hurt, Hanna left Jake for Charley Guilly also if Bad Billy got whipped by Big Chris that destroyed his reputation, Dana got a new home so that meant the Wagners couldn’t Use the court system to prove her a unfit mother thing, like CC said earlier the Wagners felt Entitlement they had that high price Attorney that help use the court system to take advantage of the poor when they knew that they wasn’t going to let any land be sold, you all see what the Wagners are accused of what do you all think they did that we don’t know about, that is scary to think about, aging this is just JMO

I don't have a link to the story. From what I recall she was in a custody battle. She was afraid this case DR filed against her, over slapping CRjr., would cause her to lose that custody battle. She had even called DR and threatened her over that law suit. LM or someone said they had the threats recorded. When it did go to court it was dismissed for some reason... Just my opinion, my thoughts, alone, that's all folks...

Here's relevant info from Ohio Revised Code

Lawriter - ORC - 2933.23 Search warrant affidavit.

2933.23 Search warrant affidavit.

A search warrant shall not be issued until there is filed with the judge or magistrate an affidavit that particularly describes the place to be searched, names or describes the person to be searched, and names or describes the property to be searched for and seized; that states substantially the offense in relation to the property and that the affiant believes and has good cause to believe that the property is concealed at the place or on the person; and that states the facts upon which the affiant's belief is based. The judge or magistrate may demand other and further evidence before issuing the warrant. If the judge or magistrate is satisfied that grounds for the issuance of the warrant exist or that there is probable cause to believe that they exist, he shall issue the warrant, identifying in it the property and naming or describing the person or place to be searched.

A search warrant issued pursuant to this chapter or Criminal Rule 41 also may contain a provision waiving the statutory precondition for nonconsensual entry, as described in division (C) of section 2933.231 of the Revised Code, if the requirements of that section are satisfied.

Looks like a judge can determine whether consent or advance notice by LE is needed, based on circumstances.
Betty do you know, does this...
"and names or describes the property to be searched for and seized..."
mean that LE can only confiscate and use in prosecution items described in these warrants? Or if they uncover something not listed, unexpected...they can use it?

Search Warrants: How They Work and When Officers Need Them

The warrant must include a detailed description of the place or thing—or even person—to be searched and of whatever is to be seized. But the amount of detail a warrant really requires isn’t overwhelming.

For a search of a house, for example, it’s typically enough to identify the address. And even broad descriptions of the kinds of evidence officers can seize will often suffice. The U.S. Supreme Court once approved warrants that called for specified items “together with other fruits, instrumentalities and evidence of crime at this (time) unknown.” (Andresen v. Maryland, 427 U.S. 463 (1976).)

Twitter..new photo

Not a mesh bag, the agent is carrying a rope. Posted earlier that I thought it was a mesh bag but that maybe it was a rope.

If you enlarge the video you can see the guy on the left carrying a metal detector and the guy on the right has what looks like a mesh type bag to put things in. Or maybe it's rope? I assume a bag for evidence is a must have.
That's what reporter says on her twitter when someone asked what the man on the right was carrying...rope. Maybe going towards a well to search, to tie the searcher or his equipment, to lower down a well?

Welcome fat old man! I rarely post anything because i have nothing to add next to so many talented sleuthers. My heart is in this case though, has been from the start. I check nearly every day for anything that might be new. Hoping for justice for these people who have come close to my heart. Great first post. Look forward to seeing more of you.

Eagerly awaiting new charges and mug shot for Queen of the Damned FW. I was very happy to see the new search taking place. Couldn't happen to a more deserving person. These people are a stain. I hope that when the guilty verdict is read in each case that Charlie Reader is sitting there to see it.

Also, what is up with the constant video playing on this site? It takes up most of the screen. Making the site unusable.
