The Oxygen show on this case was terrible. It was incomplete and full of bad information. Sometimes Oxygen does a good job, sometimes they don't.

I totally agree Betty P. I thought the posters on here were more informed on the actual facts on the case than oxygen. Movie was terrible.

IIRC, the victims' families didn't participate or give interviews due to the gag order, so that probably didn't help. To give credit to Oxygen, they put together a very good multi-part show on the Rebecca Zahau case with Paul Holes (from the Golden State Killer case) and many other experts. Its possible they didn't have much to work with on this case, with the gag order in place.

Yes they came up on all the roadblocks that we have, but I personally believe that if you really want a solid conviction you have to keep everything under the rug. As a mother my heart and tears go out to those sweet precious babies. Just rips my heart out.

I want to thank everyone on here for their research and hard work they have put in over the last 3+ years. I was walking across my living room the morning this happened and when I heard children and murder in the same sentence, it stopped me in my tracts. I immediately went to the internet, could not believe what I was hearing and reading. As life seems to do, I had a few curve balls thrown my way, work and new grand baby, and I had to slow down on my search and relied largely on this sight for info. Thanks for keeping it real, squashing the rumors and keeping the facts straight. In my opinion there is NO defense for shooting a mother while she is in bed with her newborn, there is NO defense to shooting a mother and father while their 6 month old is nestled between them in bed, NO DEFENSE!

If so, it wasn't for very long as his first TOD (the one based on when LE found the victims) was around the same time as the other family members. IIRC, there's a quote somewhere about LM telling them to keep looking, that LE didn't find him the first time they searched. Apparently due to the fact he had hidden or fallen out of bed. Very painful to think about, terrible memory for the family.

I got a lot out of your post. Thank You. Pike County I heard is the poorest County and makes total sense they wouldn't want to do 4-- over a million dollar-- death penalty cases without the ton load of evidence they are dumping on the defense.

And your scenario of the Rhodens vs Wagners makes sense. Undercurrent of drugs, yes they could have been doing "business" together.

Agree with you and Raize. The state isn't going to waste that money either, and they're helping fund the 4 DP trials.

This is just a theory but Bob died AFTER the murders, wonder if he has a few extra things padding his coffin? Would be a great place to hide. I have no links, it was just my theory.

No, he is buried on FW's land with a few others. Kenneth Easter used to have lots of pics of FWF on his FB. Gone now, I think. He also lived at 845 Bethel in a trailer or camper the same time the Wagners did. But he doesn't live there now.

Agree, keeping quiet is best for now. With the trials underway its not a good time for family and friends to talk to tv shows like Oxygen. They did the right thing. There will come a time when they can speak out and tell the world their stories and we all look forward to hearing them. They're very strong people and it's great how they support each other.

I wasn't on here when he passed in 2017. Maybe someone posted something back then. I was hoping if someone on here has any information at all about the funeral home, cemetery, obituary, that they will post. Someone posted Angela's dad's obit or a memory, something. His last name was Carter.

It will take a lot of sleuthing to figure that out. I've never even seen an obituary for him. Can't find anything. No information on the funeral home either. Anyone?

I have seen a copy of his death certificate, problem is, I can't remember where. I think it is on a Ohio county search site. I remember it stated he was buried on family land (or something to that effect).

If I run across it, I'll put up a link, until then it is JMO.
