IMO, this is questionable. The defendant's address is Ohio, but the plaintiff's information is Florida. JMO

So unbelievable...no pun intended. No juror should ever take the quick way out just because they don't want to spend another night...geez...very sad. I cannot imagine what your family went through. I hope for healing.

Thanks. I don’t know if you consider it healing but we have accepted the fact there is nothing we can do and have moved on. She’s gone but not forgotten.

If you go to HR's facebook page and glance at the photos she posts of SW not one Wagner liked or loved the picture. How is that even possible when AW herself claimed HR was like a daughter to her? Also the last thing HR posted to her facebook was a timeline photo of a bed of flowers with a quote that reads: "It's gonna be okay" followed by "Yeah because its not happening to you". That was posted April 16th 2016.

DR's last post was also on her timeline of a flat redline, very ominous. It was posted April 20, 2016.

I chose not to go to their facebooks but did out of curiosity. I dont mean to offend anyone especially the Rhodens, Manleys, or gilleys

What you are saying is different from what the other poster said.
You said it is hearsay if HR told the person herself, but the witness did not see the abuse first hand.

Yes the witness has to actually see it, the only exception to it not being hearsay is if it was a "deathbed statement". An example of a deathbed statement would be the victim stated that such-and-such attacked them, or the victim knew their death was imminent and this may be how the prosecution could get around BJM testifying to HR telling her JW was violent, if HR said to BJM or others "if I die JW killed me" or "I'm afraid he is going to kill me". It can be very complicated and will be up to the judge if it considered hearsay or a final statement before death and if can be admitted by the prosecution.

CC, thank you for posting these links. After clicking on one, I was able to just keep scrolling back through all of HR's picture posts. It was quite emotional, what a picture they paint of how she was feeling, what she wanted to say. In retrospect, heartbreaking.

But, the address was old, couldn’t find the man, and it was dropped.

Ann, I'm not sure. I have seen it mentioned by several. The earlier post about it was in Feb this year, it got deleted yesterday, along the one I posted. Just google the name. JMO

That name shows up for a conviction of an Ohio man back in 2006, still incarcerated in Ohio.

I didn't make the original post with the link and said it was "very much on topic". Refer to post 564 where that comment was made. I'm the one--in post 565--who said the link/info was questionable as to any relation to the AW in Ohio charged with the murders in this cse. I guess I didn't state my point very clearly.

IMO, the AW listed in the link is another person named Angela Wagner--Not the AW who is accused of the Rhoden/Gilley murders. Because it is in 1994 and because it involves someone in Florida, I do not think it is in any way related to any of the W4.

Perhaps the original poster can provide a link/info as to how it is related to the AW charged with this case?
