I notice the plaintiff's information is C/O the courthouse in Florida, but the same plaintiff's attorney is in Ohio.

However ... the case dates back to 1994, so that could not be related to parentage of SW who was 2 when the murders occurred in 2018.

I didnt and still don’t think this is related to S.
But I do think it is very possibly the same AW.
If this is the same Angela Wagner, (if it can be proved) it it ok to discuss?
It would contribute to AW history and persons she associated with...possibly...? And a familiarity with “Parentage” issues.

That name shows up for a conviction of an Ohio man back in 2006, still incarcerated in Ohio.

I saw that. Seems to be approx. the right age. The crime was horrific. but how can we know it is the very same man?
Does same name, always mean same man? idk.

Background info on a perp is allowed for discussion. Whitepages shows an addy for AW 17 miles outside Chillicothe, daughter of FCW, so based on both plaintiff and defendant addresses in the FL docs showing ties to Chillicothe OH, I do believe the FL case is her.

Not sure of any bearing it may have on the immediate circumstances, but any further discussion in that regard, please let's make sure we use initials if making reference to TC.
