I hope not because for the children's sake.

Which children's sake??? The two stuck with the 4 evil Wagners their whole lives? I beg to differ, no, I don't beg. I just differ, plain and simple.

Do you honestly think for one moment, that SW is ever going to care what happens to these monsters when she grows up learning what they did to her Momma and her other grandparents and her family? And the monsters left her baby sister in their Mother's blood?

I will stop there.

I don't think these murderers deserve to breathe one more breath. MOO

A new idea. Is it even remotely possible The Red Truck was in CRSR's legal possession the night of the murders and used by the Wagners in some manner? Just tbinking.

Interesting thought, but I don’t think so. It showed it was transferred from a Peebles address in Adams County (Wagners fit). The transfer to Pike County Peebles address (James) legally took place in March (around the time of the W’s selling the Peterson Rd Place). So the two legal possession challenges would be: Adams County registration and purchasing from CSR after he was deceased. JMO.. In the trials I may find all my opinions being totally incorrect around the Wagners had that truck, but for now it is where I personally lean. It’s t0tally understandable that not everyone will share in that opinion.

”Leonard Manley said his son recently bought the truck and it is not the same truck his son owned the day of the killings just over a year ago. Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles shows the title of the truck was transferred to a Pike County owner on March 2, 2017. The record does not list the owner's name. The truck was purchased for $200 with 227,793 miles on it, the state record said.”

BUT, JM lives in Adam's County, too. Not Pike.

Tiff, I meant that Sr possibly owned it from 2015 through the time of the murders in 2016. JM doesn't even come into the picture as an owner until March 2017, correct? I'm just trying to think how it could have been used in the Rhoden murders and/or who owned it at the time. Is there any proof the Wagners owned it then, or who did? Sorry I couldn't see all the info you posted in the past week. TY

I can't give 100% proof. I was just piecing things together to reach an opinion. I will think on it to see if I can find a better way to explain how I reached my opinion tomorrow. Posting over the week while researching and thinking out loud may have made my point of view more confusing rather than holding back and waiting to succinctly post my opinion afterwards, along with how I reached it. Apologies for that to all.

Certainly not a problem. We're grasping for straws. TY

Can't see link

Your point of James In Adams county is interesting. You are correct, it looks like James (I'm assuming who lives in the house) does physically live in Adams and Leonard (who lives in the manufactured home) lives in Pike. The yellow line appears to be the county line.

So is it optional which county that shared physical address registers vehicles in? If James is in fact the one who purchased it (per LM)For $200 and registered it in Pike (per the article)?

Yes we are grasping at straws. Even though I feel a bit more confused now than a few days ago, I still think the truck and whatever is in the sealed warrant it is important. Just may not know what or why until the trials. Thanks for bearing with my babbling brainstorm the last several days.

I hope not because for the children's sake.

It's a whole pro /con death penalty view discussion and I expect many have different personal beliefs. What I could imagine is one day when those children reach adulthood they may wish to speak to those charged and ask their own questions. They may seek their own form of closure that the legal system can not offer. It's an unfortunate emotional and psychological dilemma that these children once they reach adulthood, specifically SW, will likely face.

Every time I think of SW I get mad. She lost her mother and maternal family. If found guilty, she loses her paternal family. Granted, the paternal family loss may be for the better. That poor girl has a difficult future. The only good thing I see is that she was so young when this happened and young kids are very resilient. I sure hope she is feeling the love she deserves and needs...

Does anyone have opinions, or a connection to anything read, as to why Wagners may have started planning to list the Peterson Rd home in September 2015?

As far as them saying they had planned to move before the murders, I can see the time stamps to that argument working in their favor. I can also see it working against them as motive if HR wasn't going to let SW go.

I guess the question would be "why" and did this plan to relocate play a key contributing factor to the custody battle and ultimate escalation to murder.

I don't know if the posts are still there, but AW had a lot of posts on the Defiance Farms Facebook page, about family matters were causing her to have to sell animals and downsize.

CC, can you please post the MSM where LE said it was related to these murders? I don't remember seeing it. Thanks.
My post says LE said it's not related to the murders.

Half her family has been murdered. The solution isn't to murder the other half. That's what the State would be doing - literally murdering the other half of her family. Enough is enough.
Simply throw them into maximum security and throw away the key. Also gives S and H the chance to say something to them which they may want to do some day. Maybe in 30 years who knows?
