I read that also and none of the 3 Wagners has anything listed about that search on Flying W Farm In November in their court dockets information, JMO

My only thought is that if Jake or Jakes attorney is interested in Rita’s plea deal, there must be something important in there that’s revealing. Meaning Rita may have had additional insight into details of Wagner plans and activities.
Rita’s plea deal could cut either way for Jake. Info against other W’s, possibly excluding Jake (doubt this) or info including Jake in forgery, or whatever.
I doubt AC will hand over that plea deal info. to Jake’s Attorney.
She’ll find a legitimate reason to withhold it.

George (Bob) Washington Wagner II known also as George (Bob) Washington Wagner Jr. was Fredericka Wagner's husband. George (Billy) Washington Wagner III is their youngest son.
He has one older sister and one older brother. His son is George Washington Wagner IV, who goes by George. He is in Ross county jail. You can find Billy in Butler county jail.

Hey Sleuthers how come everything we read about the evidence it always list George Wagners tattoo as evidence and in the same article it always refers to the dad as Billy Wagner, which Wagner has the tattoo, does Billy or does George IV have the tattoo evidence??????

The discovery evidence specifically says George Wagner's tattoo so I assume it's Billy's scorpion, too bad they are not more specific.

No one knows and it isn't relevant to the murder charges filed against George W Wagner III, aka "Billy" Wagner. No offense, but we need to avoid discussing people who haven't been named as suspects in the murders.

comparing journa notes from each last pretrial.
So what you post here is a big help.

I asked that same question a long time ago. Note that there is no mention of the 4 Wagners taking lie detector tests in their attorney's statement:

Clark said the family has "cooperated 110 percent" and have specifically:

• Provided laptops, phones and DNA willingly to authorities.
• Agreed to repeated interviews with the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation agents in the last year.
• Told authorities they were traveling - and then moving - to Alaska, a place they have contemplated relocating for a decade.
• Offered information to the BCI on business associates of one of the victims

'But yet (they) state they are not persons of interest. Really? Then why all the publicity and putting their pictures on TV as if they are fugitives?' It is ridiculous and is harassment. The authorities allege that they want to solve it but continue to trace and retrace their steps with no results.

'The Wagners are good God-fearing people who want justice more than anyone.
'But they are tired of being harassed by the authorities and publicity seeking politicians. They are scapegoats.

Yes, Wagners were giving LE fake leads to incriminate other people. Remember Charlie Reader's statement when they announced the arrests:

“After executing each victim, we believe the evidence will further show that the suspects tampered with the evidence,” DeWine said.

Court documents show that evidence included the victims' phones and property surveillance cameras. The indictment alleged the (Wagner) family provided false and or misleading information throughout the entire investigation.

"The cameras, cell phones, all that they tampered with and the lies, all the lies they told us," Sheriff Reader said."

ETA: I'd still like for someone to explain how BCI saw and heard about a custody battle, JW at one of the crime scenes on a regular basis, brandishing firearms on social media and JW and GW4 both having hair dyed black after the murders and didn't figure out these guys were their suspects? Living "close to the cross" really has it's benefits.

Attorney Clark told the public in a newspaper article that the Wagners are God Fearing People, what a line of bull crap, this attorney needs to be disbarred for the commitments he made about how honest the Wagners family is, FW must have a lot of money to get all the big shots to stand with her, also to get BW out of the trouble in the past, he should have got time in prison for the crimes he did and the preacher in Alaska, I bet his congregation sure looks different at him now, JMO

"Red herrings" they used to fool LE are probably the same ones they'll try to bring up in court to fool the jurors. No point in helping out the killers and their defense attorneys.

Yes, good point.
I saw something else that could be interesting in the journal entry for EJW last hearing in Dec. 2019.
Something about defense is waiting for discoverable evidence, documents, information from prosecutor regarding the last search of Flying W and also the PLEA DEAL of Rita.
My suspicion, prosecutor does not want to readily give up that info.
I did not see this language/request in the entries of any of the other defendants.

The Prosecution did turn that Discovery over Jan 21. Its is the Media and Timelines thread.
