Loomis I understand the frustration. We may not agree on this, which is no foul and nothing personal, just different points of view, but I feel Reader made his own bad choices which have led to his life being turned upside down.
Hate to see you go, at the same I understand the frustration.

Oh, and I am not gone as in gone..before a few of you breathe a sigh of relief (not you). I still have we work to do here.

I can honestly say, my stop is coming up and I'm about to get off this long, black train. I will pray forever for justice for the Rhodens and Hannah Gilley, and for healing and success for the children involved, and next for all the innocent lives touched by this awful, awful tragedy. People like Charlie Reader, who has had his whole life ruined over this. All because of 4 murdering lowdown monsters who had to have it their way. May they die more and more everyday, knowing what they have done, and may time take its toll fast and vicious on them.

*Pretrial Hearing (@ 1:30pm ET) - OH - Pike County 8 people dead: Christopher Rhoden, Sr. (40), his ex-wife, Dana Manley Rhoden (37), their three children, Clarence "Frankie" Rhoden (20), Christopher Jr. (16), Hanna Mae (19); Frankie's fiancée, Hannah Hazel Gilley (20), Christopher Rhoden Sr.'s brother, Kenneth Rhoden (44), & a cousin, Gary Rhoden (38). Hanna Rhoden's baby girl (5 days old), another baby (6 mos.) and a young child (3) were unharmed. (April 21-22, 2016, Pebbles) – for *Angela Jo Wagner (48/now 49) (Jakes’ mother) indicted (11/12/18), arrested (11/13/18), charged (11/15/18) & arraigned (11/29/18) with 8 counts aggravated murder, (plus gun specifications on each), 1 count conspiracy, 4 counts aggravated burglary, 1 count unlawful possession of dangerous ordinance, 3 counts evidence tampering, 1 count forgery, 1 count unauthorized use of property, 1 count interception of wire, oral or electronic communication, 1 count obstructing justice, 1 count engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. Plead not guilty. No bond. DA will seek the DP.

12/11/19 Update: Judge says Angela can wear civilian clothes. Defense waiting for discovery on the most recent search. Also discussing discovery coordinator. Describing function of coordinator, looking into it, will get estimates of cost. Will be done by end of January (new discovery from search). Will file motion for discovery coordinator. To be done by Jan 31, next hearing on Feb. 25. @ 1:30pm.
*George Washington Wagner III (47/now 48) – Pretrial hearing on 4/15/20.
*Edward Jacob "Jake" Wagner (26/now 27) – Pretrial hearing on 4/8/20.
*George Washington Wagner IV (27/now 28) – Pretrial & Scheduling conference hearing on 1/21/20. No update as of 2/23/20.
*Rita Jo Newcomb (65/now 66) – Motion hearing on 12/2. No further court dates yet as of 12/14. No update as of 2/23/20.
*Fredericka Carol Wagner (76) – 6/26/19 Charges dismissed without prejudice.

Nothing yet. Still looking at closed door where AW will be brought into courtroom. Much to my surprise though, about 2 hours ago before the camera was focused on the door, gallery was shown and FW was sitting there. Noted she had on heavy-rimmed eyeglasses, which is the first time I've seen her with them. Possibly the dark sunglasses she was previously seen wearing at various times in the courtroom were because of an eye problem she was having. JMO

She is still in jail clothes. First time I have seen Fred at one of her hearings. Leonard and his wife were there, Tony with Miss Geneva, Robin, Tony's sister, other family.

I really thought she would be in street clothes. Humm....

Same ole same ole...How to organize discovery, is defense getting all discovery, substantive motions still need to be presented.

Most interesting thing was Fred being there and Angela is still wearing jail clothes.
