This is everything I can find regarding "specific docket entries or references to specific hearings for AW case" that you asked for regarding Motion #18
I am only guessing that she will wear her own clothes because I can't think of why she wouldn't because her attorneys will make sure clothes are brought to the court house (my opinion). From a previous hearing Deering was letting a Wagner keep street clothes in the court house.

This Motion 18 is discussed in court 26 minutes 50 seconds in.

Defense says it is their motion and they have no rebuttal for it. Prosecution has no problem with it as Junk explains the Sheriff's office is taking care of it, but he said they want to limit the motion to visible restraints.

As to Defendant's Motion No. 18, entitled "DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO PERMIT ACCUSED TO APPEAR IN CIVILIAN CLOTHING AND WITHOUT RESTRAINTS AT ALL PROCEEDINGS": The Court grants Defendant's Motion No. 18, in part, and hereby orders that the Defendant shall be permitted to appear in civilian clothing. Until further order of the Court, the Sheriff's Department may use only such restraining devices upon the Defendant as are concealed under the defendant's clothing, and not visible to those viewing the Defendant. The Sheriff's Department shall be permitted to use other reasonable restraints when transporting the Defendant.

To the extent that Defendant's Motion No. 18 requests that the Defendant be permitted to appear without any restraints at all, even those that are not visible outside the Defendant's clothing, the motion is denied.

12/13/2019 JOURNAL ENTRY --

The Defendant appeared at the pre-trial hearing in jail clothing but was without restraints visible outside of her clothing.

The Court finds that the Court has previously granted, in part, DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO PERMIT ACCUSED TO APPEAR IN CIVILIAN CLOTHING AND WITHOUT RESTRAINTS AT ALL PROCEEDINGS and ordered that the Defendant be permitted to appear in civilian clothing at all proceedings in this action and that the Defendant be permitted to appear without restraints visible outside of the Defendant's clothing at all proceedings.

Thanks, CC for posting the actual journal entries. They confirm my earlier post, and I still believe the reason she isn't in civilian clothing is because she chooses not to be and because she doesn't want any type of restraints. Too bad. All just my opinion.

Participate in a virtual community for a significant amount of time (at least 10 hours) and observe it. Each team member will interview at least three community members. Analyze how the community is designed and in what ways it is successful. (groups of approx. three, 30%)

How they came across this place here etc, well, here is my theory. these days on youtube, there seems to be an increase of these younger youtubers that people watch that focus on crimes/events like this even though it happened a few years ago. they have a good sized audience of listeners and then they typically always post links to where they find the info at and then the people do the reading and looking around on the forums etc. Could be the person just came across yours somehow and thought, this person is active on here, so why not. But, saw that you were concerned and hope this helps a bit

Jmo but I do wonder why the state is going so hard on the Sheriff. It doesn’t seem to be a good time to go hard with the other trials. Why right before his trial are they adding more charges. It’s like they need for him to go down, but why? Jmo

This site runs slow pretty often. When I hit the 'post reply' button it sometimes looks like nothing happens, so I hit it again and it eventually puts up two posts. Last night it made three for you instead of two.

If I start typing before a quoted post loads in my screen, part of my reply lands before the quote, and the rest below it.

On my PC, there's a small loading indicator with three bars at the top right, I finally began watching it to see when it's still loading.

This new charge is very serious.
"With the new superseding indictment, Reader is now facing 18 charges with 11 felony charges.
One of the new counts is a felony charge of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity."

This is a complicated charge, and seems by definition involves more than one person.

This was a weekday when KR would normally be at his regular job. Kendra thought he was at work and tried to call him at work that day. Why does DS say KR would normally be working on cars at 5:30am when that is about the time others have stated he left for work? Something doesn't sound right in my opinion only...

I recall discussion about that at the time - that DS' story didn't sound right - and later on it came out he was having an affair.
His story (that he was to spend the night at Kenny's to work with him in the morning) was to cover up his not sleeping at home with his wife the night before.

If I was innocent I’d be demanding a speedy trial. Who tf wants to sit in jail for years waiting MOO

I felt the Defenses best chance for a acquittal. Was to have all the defense teams demand speedy trials. So the State would have had to try them all in a short amount of time. Just overload the court system. JMO

Could it be to put him against a wall to talk about bigger corruption?? Hard to say, and just a possibility not an accusation. It's been said since 2016 many believe a lot of other stuff will be learned about Pike County before this is over. Even DeWine stated he had learned more about Pike County at one point. Just an opinion
