"The Wagners did do everything together, including this homicide. They are very insular, somewhat cult-like," said Special Prosecutor Angie Canepa.
Scheiderer said:

"Through the course of our investigation, we uncovered information that the defendant was fond of Glock firearms and was known as a Glock man. And we also have information that he was in possession of at least one .30-caliber rifle that is a potential contributor to the evidence that we found at one of the murder scenes," Scheiderer said.

Wagner's own words in his interviews with law enforcement also implicated him in the conspiracy.

"The fact that he states there were no child custody issues, there was no dispute between the Wagner and the Rhodens, which all of our evidence points that there was ongoing issues between the families.

Canepa also pointed to a screenshot of a message from Hanna Rhoden to a woman she knew discussing the Wagners' attempt to get her to sign over custody of the little girl she shared with Jake. Canepa said investigators found the screenshot on a Wagner family computer seized during the investigation and that the Wagners obtained it by hacking into a Facebook account.

"Her reply is: I won't sign papers, ever. It won't happen. They will have to kill me first," Canepa read from the message.

I watched Scheiderer's testimony and was impressed at how thorough he was. He has great memory retention and command of details. Looking forward to seeing him again on the stand during the trials. He and Canepa are some of the best people to have happened with this case. Also appreciate the humility of both....IMO. Anyone agree?

Oh I can see FW being called by prosecution about the searches and purchases she made. I can even see her possibly being asked about her being present during certain W family discussions.

Absolutely! And, if FW is called by the Defense to testify, she is then open for cross examination by Prosecution. Then, there is a possibility of a pretrial stipulation by Pros and Def, where it is agreed by both that she will not be called to testify for either.

Has anyone looked up all the arrests of (all- more than 4)the W family on the Portsmouth Municipal Court website? And AW's mom and dad's EC records. Both these families have been corrupt since the 1990s. No wonder their kids and grandkids are in jail. JMO

Someone definitely had control over the W family, besides Fred. I'm not sure if it was Jake, or Angela but that someone twisted them all up good.

I think it's a generational way of living...passed down from one Wagner to another and AW fit right in adding her own twist to it all. I will always believe they realized they would not be able to control HR early on. Unlike TW (is her last name still Wagner?) HR had family to back her up. The Ws knew they would not win custody of SW in court. HR could not be bullied.

Jmo that is my prayer too, whoever did the murders and whoever had any involvement at all pays. If it is the Wagner’s then they need to pay dearly. but I want to make sure the right people are convicted.

The perpetrators are cowards who attacked and killed a family while they slept. The people who up hold them are the bottom feeders of the world. May our justice system give them the penalty they deserve.

Did anyone else notice that the only shell casings found at Big Chris’s mobile home was 30 caliber and 40 caliber and there was only 22 casings at Frankie and Dana’s I wonder why????

Strong Circumstantial evidence.

W4 tried to gain custody of SW prior to the murders via texts, FB messages, fist fights and harming HR but she refused.
Forged documents.
HR said that 'they' would all have to kill her first.
W4 are on video buying the specific shoes found at the scene.
The physical purchases buying their murder kit have been tracked back to them by receipt or they used Reward Cards.
The W4 ran around saying to each other that the cops have wire tapped our house, our phone, our truck etc and yet they had zero self control so they yammered on about it all. It is on tape. JMO.
This footprint evidence has been used in many trials but the W4 kept the receipt and they have AW on camera buying the shoes for her 'boys'. But then the 'boys' said that they had never seen the shoes. AW claims she threw them away because the 'boys' hated them (the same day she bought them) instead of returning the shoes.
AW listed every possession they owned on the internet for sell so there is no way she threw away brand news shoes that just so happen to match the murderers shoes and shoe sizes.
The weapons etc.
JW Bullet casings are to a rare gun that even I have seen a photo of that the BCI have his palm prints on.


No trial is a cake walk but none of the W4 are walking JMO.

Do you remember what the government was asking the agent about the night scope (that GW had purchased). I was a little lost in that section of the hearing. If I was on the jury I would need to understand that more clearly.

Ok Sleuthers one question please everybody speaks your thoughts, why did LE take the crime scenes and put them under lock and key, we all heard a lot of evidence the other day and nothing the prosecution said told me why the homes had to be locked up.
