In looking at this, it appears to be some fairly neat hand writing compared to the signature. It also appears written in a context from someone familiar with legal lingo. Anyone else thinking it is likely someone else wrote this and he just signed it?

Yes! I thought the same thing immediately. My guess is FW is behind all of these shenanigans. And RW gets to visit him. Also, I don't believe his memo requesting bail was written by his attorneys JMO
