I think it was a really big very heavy safe, from the info on the invoice. The size caused me to think it was a gun safe.
CRsr may have kept the paperwork you mention in there.
It's a good thought, but it had to be more than car titles and plates.
I'm guessing cash, and guns.
Maybe the Wagners had no interest in the safe.
What makes me think they did want something more inside the trailer is that they could have quickly killed CR as they did GR.
Instead it seems (from the little we gather from the autopsy info) that CR was tortured. Why spend the time to do that if not to get something from CR?

They may have wanted the code or key to that safe. Remember the Wagner's were cash strapped. They may have wanted guns, jewelry, cash or more importantly to them, the birth certificates of SW and KR that may have been kept in that safe. You know birth certificates can be altered. Just ask any illegal.

We keep guns, jewelry, cash and important papers like car titles, birth certificates, deeds, insurance policies, pictures of family and our wills in ours and it is a huge safe. Oh and I keep a quilt in there that my mother and grandmother and aunts worked to make in the 1930's since the safe is fireproof. Oh and to give you an idea of the crazy in my life I keep a a wooden egg that hubby bought for a dollar on our honeymoon in it. lol

He either lives there or not. Canepa said he did not live with Jake and George on 260 Peterson Rd. Canapa made it clear it was only Angie that George and Jake lived with all their lives.

Who cares what stuff he had or does not have at the house.

Well I think it matters in order to define if he was living at Peterson Rd or at Fred's. But we will hopefully find out during the trials.

All I can think about is mass murder was committed wether this lived at 260 Peterson Rd. or lived at FWF.

Between you and I, I still think Angie stayed home with the kids and Kenny's murder was planned way ahead, not spur of the moment, not possible.

Kenny had a vicious dog that the Wagner's had to tame and he had too many security cameras including trail cams that the evil Wagner's needed to know about.

How could they kill him without knowing ahead of time about all of his security cameras? They dismantled and stole all of his security cameras according to family. No small feat - they stalked him too!

He only lived down the road from FWF, easy for the Wagners to get familiar with Brownie and Kenny's many security cameras and also how to get into his camper to shoot him in his eye, cowards....COWARDS

I used the word torture because I believe the Wagners wanted 'something' from CR. and because I can still hear BJ's 911 call where she said words to the effect:

"there's blood all over the house, it looks like someone beat the **** out of them".

I believe autopsy wording, indicated in some medical terms that CRsr was beaten, the recipient of trauma.

My opinion, CR was beaten, wounded beyond gunshots, when others were not.

I was not thinking of genitalia, skull fractures or early Media reports of a cartel, nor did I mention those things.

Those graphic words have been used by posters who are offended by my use of the word torture.

I was not trying to hurt anyone or be disrespectful by use of the word.

My guess is the thoughts around torture come from below:

The victims suffered 32 gunshot wounds altogether — one was shot nine times, two were shot five times each — and some showed soft tissue bruising, suggesting they may have been beaten, according to preliminary autopsy information.

The bruising is consistent with initial reports from the 911 caller who first reported the crimes Friday.

“There’s blood all over the house,” the caller cried, gasping. “My brother-in-law is in the bedroom. It looks like someone has beat the hell out of him.”

My thoughts on where Billy was legally living, according to whatever determination used by the investigation, is that it was not with Angela, Jake and George.

There were at least two different times Angela C pointed to it during the recent bond hearing:

The first:
"There has not been a period of time where George Wagner did not live with his brother or his mother. Now, at that time he was not living with his father except for the night of the murders his father was there."

A second time:
May 2017 did you participate in a search at 260 peterson?

Former residence of Angela Jake and George. At the time they had traveld to AK for the first time. It was executed the day the new owners took possession.

All JMO of what I heard and how I interpret it to mean only Angela, Jake, and George lived at Peterson.

The torture rumor of Chris Sr. comes from more than 4 years ago when SM exploded that Cartel shot him over and over until he told where his $ was hidden.

No evidence this happened to any of the 7 Rhodens and Hannah Gilley.

Yes that was a theory out there for years, but its just some speculation.

I wasn't agreeing with your idea that KR dropped GR off, but I was certainly thinking about the possibility of somebody dropping him off. Who knows, maybe GR drove himself home that night, after four years of hearing he didn't drive at the time.

I think multiple gunshots to the head/face would produce 'blood everywhere' and at first glance maybe would look as if a 'beating' was involved.

But IMO this was hit and run... quick/efficient as possible. The only reason for the multiple shots on CR IMO is because he heard something outside or the killer(s) lured him to the door.

I don't think they wanted a safe or papers... they were there for one thing only. Wipe out all opposition to custody.

Except at CR's, I believe it was kill, wait for GR, kill, leave.
In my mind, CR took more shots b/c the first few shots hit him when he was moving, ie: the defensive wound to the arm. Not necessarily from intended torture.
(Note: I also feel the found burnt VCR may have come from CR's or KR's place.)

Like - some examples:

Jake setting up a crib
Podcast saying without evidence that B was hiding under Frankie's bed
Victims being tortured or they were awake
A Rhoden cousin was at Frankie's that night
Dana was upset on the phone at work that night
Chris Jr. was not in bed but hiding around his bed
Dana was out of bed
Chris Sr. was shot through a door

@Cool Cats - I don't think the piece about CR being shot through a door or wall is rumor or theory. I think it's official information told to family, leaked to a journalist, published, then edited out after a complaint.
But here's a theory anyhow...
The first time we hear about CR being shot through a door or wall is when a writer published it in a news story. I believe at that point it becomes part of the record. Only a couple hours later the editor removed that sentence from the story without a published correction or clarification. If a news writer makes a mistake and the mistake is published then the editor will issue a correction or clarification. But, If an investigator calls and asks for a specific detail to be removed for whatever reason, there won't be a correction issued b/c a mistake wasn't made. It just gets edited from the webpage story like it wasn't there. In my opinion, this is what occurred.

Sounds like from this anyway that it is fact. Wow. Now ya gotta wonder what door?

BJM did not see anything wrong with the front door, just that it was locked so my theory is he was shot through a bedroom door and remember, he was found in the back bedroom and maybe that is why.
