Every theory or supposition posted here regarding what or why FW will testify in a deposition, supposedly to assist in the defense of George 4, is a real possibility.
In reading all, especially the theories about the need for George 4 to be heir to FWF, I have come to see that FW, in most instances, causes her own problems. And then, problems for others in her path.
I just wanted to say that.
The son that is not mentioned would be capable of continuing the FWF.

Is FW supposedly testifying to something that another elderly person who has died, would have testified to, if still alive?
I am confused about the basis for her need to testify, other than being elderly and covid.

Yes, so I have no sympathy or worries for the FWF Legacy.
All the Wagners should have considered this fact in the mix for the "plan"

Her "evidence" may be specific to G4 and it may not incriminate the others. She could do that without accusing the others depending on what it is.

GW4 told the BCI in Montana during his interview that all 4 Wagners where at 260 Peterson Rd the night of the murders, and that his bedroom door was facing the exit door, GW4 said no one could leave that residence without him knowing if someone did leave, so if Fredericka was 10 to 15 miles from 260 Peterson Road the night of the murders, how did she know what GW4 did???? JMO

If the sheriff before Reader was still in office at the time of the murders and if the Rhodens property didn’t set on the border of 3 county’s the Wagners might have got by with the massacre, JMO

Yes and the lawyer claims it is material evidence, and the cases he cites, I am still trying to figure out if they have anything to do with the evidence or just with why he should be allowed to depose her.

MO and Speculation. Wondering if any previous deputy who is no longer an officer, (previously incarcerated), would have any info on this case or the W family businesses? I am not referring to Reader.
Considering the long history of the W family in the area, without naming names, I think it is logical to think there may be police or investigative or local officials , witnesses, we do not know of at the moment who can testify to the disputed "Prior Acts" of all of the W's . I am trying not to violate TOS.

I can only guess at this point what skeletons "Bad Billy" (his nick name) has in his closet.

Billy's physical fight with Chris?
Billy's waving a gun in a fit of road rage?
Billy's involvement with stolen goods?

I'm sure there are more - considering he is called "Bad Billy" for a reason.
