The early hours post on DR social media was directed to AM, JMs wife, not BJM. I don't recall the exact wording but yes, it was something along the lines of "Hey sis" and asking why JM truck is over there so late. The post was eliminated from her wall by noon the day of the murders. IMO MOO. I had never thought to screen shot it at the time, I wish I had.
I'm interested to hear what comes out at trial regarding this post. It surely was hidden quickly.

The evil ones for sure. Lots of plotting and planning. My belief is that Jake is the one with the personality disorder...using that term loosely... and the rest were his flying monkeys. Every sociopath needs flying monkeys to manipulate to their way of thinking.

AC claimed Billy was the mastermind, so we've yet to see the extent of his psych issues. His tattoos don't speak well for him. If he posted as much on social media as Jake did, we'd probably see him differently.

That's similar to what I recall. AM's alleged texts that night were mentioned along with accusations against James Manley when he was arrested a year later for removing the tracking device from his truck.

CC, I think the reason that CH wasn’t killed that night is because his family worked close to law enforcement as people who come in and clean up crime scene for a business and the Wagners feared that CH family could have had his death investigated by outside sources, the Wagners thought that they had enough influence in Pike County Ohio to get the Rhodens/Gilley murders swiped under the rug, but their plan back fired when National New Media got ahold of the story, and if the killers would have got away with the murders I really believe that CG would have had a target on his back to be next kill, JMO

The warrant, signed by Pike County Common Pleas Judge Timothy S. Hogan, indicated authorities believe the truck was “used as a means of the commission of the crime’’ of aggravated murder. Or it was in the possession of another person with the intent to use the vehicle as a means of committing the crime, the warrant stated.
So Sluthers do you all think that the Wagners used JMs truck to get to Kenneth????

I am still looking but IIRC Dana had asked AM what she was doing up so late and I keep thinking there was mention of Dana driving past big Chris's trailer and seeing someone's vehicle there. (hence the text) Going in early to work a half shift before my regular shift starts so will "try" to find it sometime tomorrow. HAGN.

They could have gone to CG's house that night instead of Kenny's but then it would be too obvious. Kenny's was made to look drug related plus there were plants over there to fit into what they hoped would be a cartel narrative, which actually is what happened.

Canepa said they took out all the witnesses so I just see Gary as a witness, if he had been back home in Kentucky the Wagner's wouldn't have thought about him.

If Hannah and Frankie broke up and she lived elsewhere I do not believe they would have went to her house that night either.

Not because they have a conscience about killing, but because it would be too risky.

Can you imagine George out on bail and Jake getting convicted? No LE person in the state of Ohio would be safe. It would not bother him to kill a dozen people.

That Bond hearing was a forgone conclusion but chilling none the less.

I just don't think there was a reason for the attorney to make it up. In fact, why would an attorney call their client the mastermind of a plot to kill 8 people?
It looks bad and potential jurors will see this.

I think the attorney knows from talking to LE and prosecutors that his client will be called the mastermind at his trial so the attorney wanted to get it out there to potential jurors that Billy is too uneducated to mastermind 8 murders with only a 7th grade education.

This is the only thing I can think of as to why Billy's attorney told the general public that his client masterminded 8 murders, burglaries, stalking, tampering etc...

I can't post the name, since this person is not involved or ever really named publicly. There was some discussion at another website (not the one that shut down) and all posts mentioning that person disappeared. All I can recall timewise is the post was after midnight.

Dana's last night at work, she got an upsetting phone call (per newspaper articles), so I think it's possible she may have made some rounds before heading on home.

I recall the post on her deceased friend's page, but not sure what theory you might develop from it. Unless it was intended to point to those who might do her harm. It looks like anyone that might have correctly interpreted that, was murdered. It could have been known within the circle exactly who "the evil ones" refers to.

7.) Billy was convicted for receiving stolen property. A dirt bike, and property from several entities, including Carter Lumber and Eastern High School.
8.) Billy and Angela were convicted of receiving stolen property in Ross County from Kohl’s, Ollie’s, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Super K-Mart, Hobby Lobby, Sears, and Lowe’s.
