He was transferred end of December to Montogomery. It is my opinion he had an issue with at least one inmate.

2018CR000155 STATE OF OHIO -vs- WAGNER, IV, GEORGE WASHINGTON
03/22/2022 Judge: DEERING, RANDY D
Event: MOTION HEARING
Date: 04/05/2022
Time: 09:00 AM
03/25/2022 WARRANT FOR REMOVAL FROM MONTGOMERY COUNTY JAIL ON APRIL 5, 2022 AT 9:00 AM.
**There is nothing on the court calendar yet on April 4th or 5th for BW.

Didn't DA want them both there on the Daubert hearing so they wouldn't have to do the hearing twice with the same expert?

Yes. Maybe they just have not put it on calendar for BW yet. I am not sure they would have BW and G4 at the same time and have them both in the courtroom, but would do the same days. I was hoping they would have them in there at same time.

Seems I remember that BW lawyer said hearings back that they would coordinate with G4 Daubert hearing, if they moved forward with it. Unless BW's lawyers have decided not to do it, BW should be there on April 4 or 5, or both depending on how they schedule it. G4 was not having a Daubert on Ballistics.

Thanks for correcting me - I went back & looked on the court site - they called it a pretrial evidentiary hearing.

Not sure what I corrected you on. They seem to use several terms interchangeably at times.

Such low life's! Sickening! I hope this is brought up in court for example of how cruel these people are! Thank you !
I wonder if any dna from BW was found on CR sr?

not a Daubert hearing...

The length of this process has become ridiculous. I understand the Defense being allowed their say, but, nothing they say would change the outcome. It’s time to get on with trials. I fear Ms. Geneva will not get to see them sentenced and she surely deserves that…
I couldn't have said it better, JMO.

What I was saying is that G4 is not scheduled to have a Daubert hearing on ballistics, I did not even realize it had been called anything different at some point, there was no intention to correct the name of it and did not realize I did. Thanks for clarifying for me.

Jake and Angela won't be be turned over to the Ohio prison system called the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction
until after they are sentenced. How it typically works is the day they are sentenced they are taken straight from court to a

Correctional Reception Center
Reception Summary

Prison Intake

Inmates sentenced to the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction are processed through one of three reception centers, based on their gender and/or county of commitment. The Ohio Reformatory for Women, located in Marysville, is responsible for intake processing of all female inmates sentenced to serve a period of incarceration within a DRC facility. Male inmates are assigned to their designated intake center based upon their county of commitment. The Lorain Correctional Institution, located in Grafton, Ohio, processes male inmates from twenty-five counties in the northern part of Ohio. Male inmates from the remaining sixty-three counties are processed through the Correctional Reception Center, located in Orient, Ohio.

Processing Summary

Upon admission to a designated ODRC intake center, offenders are photographed (will be a new photo to see of them) and fingerprinted as part of the identification process. Physical, dental, and eye examinations are conducted. Various tests are administered to detect medical health problems and to determine educational and intelligence levels. *Moderator approved court docs obtained via court view*

When I obtained this G4 discovery list at the beginning of Feb and researched it, some of the inmates listed were still in Ross County jail at that time or had been in Ross County jail. There is an incident report listed on this discovery also. My opinion, G4 had an issue with at least one or more of the inmates and some are probably witnesses. Perhaps why he was moved.

This is interesting, it does look like something happened at the jail and these men listed are witnesses.
My guess is it has to be something substantial
for AC to include in Discovery

I wonder if it was a physical altercation or someone reporting G4 conversations or other activities.
I cant imagine - what else could it be?
Hard to think of what G4 could be involved in that includes other inmates while little G4 is supposedly sitting quietly, alone in his solitary cell, reading the Bible…maybe it was a religious dispute.

I agree, not the normal run of the mill incident report.

I am gonna guess all of your above mentioned. It's on discovery and he got moved so it seems like it would be something substantial.

Here is what the Attorney General said about her:

Ohio Attorney Gen. Dave Yost issued a statement Friday evening following the plea agreement filed in Angela Wagner’s case:

“Our society reveres mothers for taking care of their children and teaching them to do the right thing, even when it’s hard. But by actively plotting the murder of an entire family and encouraging her own kids to carry out the violence, Angela Wagner abjectly failed in her responsibilities.”

Angela Wagner pleads guilty to conspiracy in 2016 Pike County massacre
