I find it odd that we are now seeing what we didn't see before, that WARRANTS are needed to be filed with the court to bring George to court. These WARRANTS were not previously filed when he has been been brought to court.

My thinking on it is because State Troopers - not just "jail Deputies" working for the Sheriff - have to now surround him for court. I notice a greater presence of State Troopers, wearing BPV's, with him now.

I noticed this started to happen after Angie's confession.

My thinking on this is because Angie's confession put a greater target of guilt on George's back. In other words, part of the security is to protect George himself from retaliation.

A reminder that George has more to worry about than just the murder charges themselves including the shoes. He is still charged with these other COUNTS. His attorney said in a hearing these other COUNTS may be disputed later, whatever that means.

It looks to me now that these other COUNTS will be addressed at trial:

COUNT 9, CONSPIRACY - pre-planning of all of the crimes

COUNT 10, AGGRAVATED BURGLARY SPECIFICATION 1,2,3

COUNT 11, AGGRAVATED BURGLARY SPECIFICATION 1,2,3

COUNT 12, AGGRAVATED BURGLARY SPECIFICATION 1,2,3

COUNT 13, AGGRAVATED BURGLARY SPECIFICATION 1,2,3

COUNT 14, UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF DANGEROUS ORDNANCE - Suppressor

COUNT 15, TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE - Items belonging to the victims,
Phones, Cameras

COUNT 16, TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE - Custody Documents

COUNT 17, TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE - Silencer, Shell Casings, Parts of Home Security System

COUNT 18, FORGERY - Custody documents

COUNT 19, UNAUTHORIZED USE OF PROPERTY - Cable and Computer Systems, Telecommunications Service, Social Media Accounts

COUNT 20, INTERCEPTION OF WIRE, ORAL, OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS - Facebook hacking

COUNT 21, OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE - getting rid of evidence and tampering with the crime scenes and lying to investigators

COUNT 22, ENGAGING IN A PATTERN OF CORRUPT ACTIVITY SPECIFICATION 1,2,3

That is a good point, did WE say something that di put a target on their back other the murder of the Rhodens?

That is a good point, did WE say something that di put a target on their back other the murder of the Rhodens?

I'm sorry I'm not sure what you mean?

What I meant is that Angie's confession helped confirm George's involvement, especially with the shoes and admitting George went out to the murder scenes that night. Thus, more people would then believe the odds of his guilt in the murders to be astronomically high and thus there may be people wanting to get revenge on him, like maybe he is getting death threats.

Just speculation on my part as to one reason his security has greatly increased. This photo looks to me like he had less security previously. Where he is getting into a police car after court:

JMO..

I believe the 4 murderers have more to worry about on the inside vs the outside. Stranger things have happened but I don't believe family retribution is common place when murderers are in custody and being escorted by LE. I also don't believe they know people willing to break him out of custody. The murders they committed were so heinous and vile even the most harden criminals won't have anything to do with you. You don't get a free pass in prison when you are guilty of murdering nursing mothers. Even the AB and other gangs with be after a pound of flesh. Jmo.

I imagine the overwhelming display of security is protocol. Perhaps the angle of the photos captured more LE than previously shown.

Does that mean She Was Inside The Rhodens Homes That Night!
IMO, it was just part of the package deal to reduce her sentence. The prosecution agreed to drop the eight murder counts in exchange for her pleading guilty to everything else.

IMO she didn't actually possess a dangerous ordnance (count 14), either, because she wasn't at the murder scenes. But she had to plead guilty to it as part of the plea deal--in my opinion because she helped in the planning of the burglary/murders and because she helped cover up the crimes/destroy evidence.

I do truly believe AC's statements that AW was home that night and not at the crime scenes. All JMO

The civil case you mention, is that the suit that TR filed against the W4 and the grandmothers or is it some other civil case that has nothing to do with the murders?

WOW.

So the defense is complaining that many prosecution witnesses do not have addresses.

So they don't want to reveal information about Elizabeth Wagner, Jake's EX because she was running for her life and had to get a new identity due to possible retaliation, and get this, she was able to get her social security number changed.

What terrible things they put her through. According to Other Acts they stalked her and invaded her computer and social media devices and threatened to kill her family.

She fled them and filed harassment and identity theft charges against Jake according to Discovery.

What @#$%&'s the Wagner's are.

Missed the first part, thanks @Cool Cats for the link. I thought Ms. Canepa sounded not exactly worried, concerned maybe, not her usual confident speaking. She is a brilliant attorney, but the defense lawyers are as well. The Rhodens, Manleys, and Gilleys must be weary waiting for justice. I continue to be confident justice will be served.
