I just googled 260 Peterson Rd. There are still photos up from when they were selling the house. If you go on Facebook and search Defiance Farms you will see the page Angela made for their farm. There are pics of Jake & George feeding the animals a couple days after the murders. You can tell they are bothered by something.

So far, AFAIK, there's the shoeprint evidence and security cam video. AC mentioned them being on video at Kenneths. She said GW4 was sent to guard the driveway to Kenneth's place.

They may also have some video from Chris Sr's place, though so far they haven't talked at all about the security cam video there. They may be saving it for later.

From earlier evidence presented in discovery and at pre-trial, they have evidence of George buying supplies.

I only heard about Angie buying the shoes from Walmart. Jake used Georges Reward card to buy some things.

Betty I know we have followed this case together for many years, but I think AC is definitely blowing it on George. It galled me how admiringly she spoke about Jake, like he was some kind of hero for coming forward and saving his family from the DP. And that cute little laugh she gave made me sick to my stomach every time i watch that opening statement. About 4 times now. I know you are busy right now but take another listen to it if you have time.

Somehow every time I listen to it I think Jake killed them all.

And although I can understand why Angie and through her Jake might want to burn Billy for things he might have done to Angie, but jealousy by Jake of George would be the only reason to burn George.

Or maybe there is another one if Angie can be believed for a hot second, and that being George protested SW calling EW mom and insisting Jake get rid of EW against Jakes will. For a narcissist like Jake that could be all it takes to try to get your brother LWOP.

First, Jake couldn't have killed them all. They're seen on video driving 2 different trucks together over to Kenneth's place. There's also evidence that George bought the murder truck.

Don't forget the hours of recorded conversations between George & Jake and others with the whole family. If they were fighting and angry with each other over EW, etc., it would be on the tapes. That won't be presented until later. I'm not worried about it. George was there. AC will prove it.

Then I will wait for the evidence from video from Kenny's and Chris Sr's. I am not buying the shoeprint. No real difference between a size 10 1/2 and a size 11 shoe, especially as it relates to leaving a print on a floor. I never did have much confidence in that. I was hoping for some other evidence.

But it's going to have to be real evidence not just Jake's word. Angie claimed she was asleep and didn't know squat about who went, who shot who or anything else because she was asleep at home. But I look for her testimony to get tossed on hearsay anyway.

According to this article Billy Morgan testified that he does not know how to read or write, nor does he know his age other than he was born in the 70s. He also testified that he was working for Chris Sr. and that Chris Sr. gave him a truck and that he was working off the payment of that truck. I assume Ohio requires driver's licenses and that most likely there is a written portion on the test. How does one pass if they can not read or write? And would not a birthdate be required on that driver's license? So far this whole case is turning really hinky.

So far they haven't though. I keep hoping something will come out in the coming weeks placing him there. As the saying goes, hope springs eternal.

I can almost bet that the jury is going to need more. If they caught George on video, then that might get him sent down the river as we say here, but again if Jake can be believed for a second they were wearing ski masks so George would not be identifiable on a video camera.

AC said George bought two masks but that is not proof of murder.

Good point! When I took my daughter to get her license this past spring while waiting on her to return from her driving test I witnessed a bmv employee reading the written test to a gentleman and he was answering the questions!

Wow. I bet he knew his birthdate though. I mean really!?!?!?! I doubt they enter unknown into the database.

Yes, an employee can read it for the applicant or they will also allow someone that the applicant brings in to read it. The test is monitored so the reader can't drop hints or coach. I did it once to help someone out. Have no idea how they handle no birth certificate.

I don't care how you cut it, those deer heads on the wall with their eyes staring down at you is creepy. The stuff nightmares are made of. Going to be a rough night of sleep for me what with that first photo and all the deer in the second. IIRC Billy had a bunch of deer staring down at him in his house too. IDK
