Donald told him he'd better not take anything because it was a crime scene.

Police put DS in handcuffs and took him to police station.

Yes, it is. He is emotional, openly crying while giving testimony. I admire him for his strength to appear on video. This is clearly difficult for him.

So frustrating .. this is going to be a very difficult trial to follow with this judges ruling. The video I can understand .. but not being able to hear the audio just doesn't seem right for a public trial.

I agree with you. In every single article or interview, the marijuana operation is described as commercial, extensive, massive, and growing in many buildings on the properties. This is a cash business. What happened to all the cash? Did the Wagners take the cash? This is money that can't be deposited into a bank account, but would be hidden somewhere on the property. With a large scale operation, they would be bringing in tens of thousands of dollars, if not hundreds of thousands.

So again I ask, what happened to the cash?

i agree that acting like no one knew about the mj is a dumb way to go about it for the prosecution. it makes them seem like theres something to hide. in fact i think it was an additional motive for billy to rob crsr. he was jealous of him he was very succesful self made man. growing cannabis is nothing like being a "drug" dealer. it is hard work both physical and mental. it takes immense knowledge one small mistake can ruin an entire crop. had he not been murderd by a coward, crsr could have had a legitmate future in cannabis cultivation. cannabis helps people it does not kill or maybe you violent. but it takes time and patience fore sight and planning. its clear crsr was good at it, and what did he use this money for?? to help his family and protect his daughter. to me, the wagners decided to kill when they realized crsr could protect hanna and dana by purchasing that property . this made sofias life better and took any blackmail away from the wagners. chris put down 30k for this home to protect his family. does that sound like a criminal ?? no. it sounds like a patriarch who had no advantages given to him in life. his dad could not read or write. he lives in one of the poorest parts of our nation. and what did he do? did he steal, burn things down, hurt people rob people and commit welfare/ss fraud?? nope. thats the wagners right there. chris rhoden should be looked at as a hero. who cares about pot. billy didnt give a crap about sofia. he was killing chris out of jealousy and also to fund his alaskan getaway. that was what brought all these demons together. g4 killed the rhodens to fulfill this family dream- take crsr money, take sofia, kill everyone who had the nerve to stand up for sofia and then move to alaska funded by crsr hard work. they are the lowest of the low

To me state has a weak case if they spend days going over the same evidence with different witnesses, by now the jury knows who lived in which home and where they lived, they know and have seen how all the victims looked like when found, if state keeps going over and over what happened the first day I get worried,

they should move on to crime scene analysis, then focus forensically on the Wagner family, showing when did they learn about custody issues, from who did they learn this, when did they first interview any Wagner,

The Wagners may have been on LE radar from start but they had what appeared to be very good alibis, their phones were at their home and if AW had done what was expected of her then those phones were in use that night, which would leave LE to think they were all at home, so I imagine they looked elsewhe3re to see who else could have done it, before circling back to the Wagners, but if JW and AW had not confessed then those alibis would have been presented in court by defense and it would be up to the jury to decide if the alibis were solid or not, or whether the states evidence outweighed the alibi

I think it's important to show all those that arrive initially and found them, those that entered the home didn't touch anything, move anything, remove anything, etc. I can imagine the defense pouncing on something if they did or if the prosecution didn't lay this out so there's no doubt none of those that found the bodies did this and none of the first responders moved anything. It is repetitive, but there were 4 crime scenes and with a grow operation going, this might be smart to just rule out any tiny thought that someone else did it.

Donald Stone testimony continued, he never went back in trailer after calling 911, 911 call played, he is emotional and tearful in court, explains to 911 he found his cousin with gunshot wound, said it was gunshot wound due to amount of blood on face, 4 wheeler arrived with Brett someone on it, and Donald told him he better not take anything as he had called 911, LE arrived handcuffed Donald and put him in cruiser took him to station, no fingerprints or DNA took or his clothes, Luke also taken to LE

showing him crime scene photos, he continues to be emotional, KR 3 trucks at his home, showing residence he entered, another camper on KR property, KR building where weed was, cameras at KR none that he noticed, but AC showed him a photo of camera but he didn't notice it when there, KR place shown to him and jury, lock on porch, inside KR home, KR bed (he was at foot of bed when he found KR) very upset when seeing where KR slept with his body in situ, another photo of KR, the blood the same as he saw that day, never got closer than foot of bed, items in photo money, coins, keys and pair of pants in photo exactly how he saw them that day,

showing him large photo of KR residence with his cars, he points out where he was that day and where he had to go to call 911, dog there, didn't know dogs name, dog outside when he went before, dog inside right by door, never barked this day, we let him out, never knew Wagners, Rhoden's close family, helpful people, looked out for one another, protect each other

According to James he didn't have any minutes left on his phone and therefore DID NOT receive a text from Jake.

I know this to be true since my youngest GS's are on a minutes only phone so my son can limit the time they spend on the phone instead of doing homework. If someone texts my youngest GS, as I did, after his minutes run out he doesn't get the text. I was mad as an old wet hen once because I texted him to ride his bicycle to my house and water my plants and never got a reply nor a glimpse of him doing what I asked. I called my son a couple hours later to complain about it and he said my young GS's minutes had ran out and he would not get anymore until the 15th of the month when they buy minutes for both young GS's. My GS escaped a lecture about respecting Elders because of that.

You can not tell me with all the technology that they didn't verify that his phone was out of minutes and would not have seen that text message from Jake? Such poor detective work! Look what they put that poor man through and the family. No wonder poor Mr. Manley was livid!
