the Colt 1911-22 would have had a 10 round magazine (They could have brought more than one magazine though)
The Glock .40 holds either 13 or 15 rounds of .40 caliber depending which Glock Model ( model 22 or 23) Again they could have brought more than one magazine.

Extended magazines are also available for the Glock, taking it to 31 rounds.

It was a LOT of information to absorb today, punctuated by all the things they had to repeat about chain of evidence, etc.
I feel drained after watching it on youtube. Can't imagine how the family and jury feel.

I made it to the lunch break until i scurried off to bed. To think there are 3 more crime scenes, plus the scenes where evidence was recovered on the farms, makes me pity the jury. It also helps put the scope of these murders in perspective. No evidence tying 4 to the murders yet but it is coming. The prosecutors gotta do the groundwork thing. Jmo
And to think they will have to go through this whole evidence process again for B3's trial.

She flat out said she bought the shoes for George and Jake to wear that night. They recorded her and probably videoed her saying this on the Montana border. She said she bought shoes in the types and sizes they don't wear, probably why they didn't care about leaving footprints. But the footprints showed there was no worn tread. Shows new tread. She bought them early April 2016.

George and Jake denied that Angela showed them the shoes. Angela said she showed them the shoes but they hated them so she threw them out.

It was mentioned in court yesterday that she could have returned them and got her money back.

But BCI split the Wagner's up so they couldn't get their stupid story straight.

Do you remember early on who mentioned "women's swat boots"? If so, what was it in reference to? TIA.

i wonder if they used the piece to make it automatic. small trigger selector mod. they make twin 25 round or 50 round drums aftermarket for the glocks popular with the younger chicago crowd. do tend to jam tho im sure they didnt use that

what if billy and george both had 40 glocks. i mean they only found 1 casing for the 40 right? im sure its not that way. but i could see jake thinking he was slick i just know hes lying about taking g4 rifle and hitting cr arm. i think george hesitated and missed the head shot then froze. the way they were hiding handing jake the rifle and having him line the shot up would be clumsy. all 3 of them must have had hand guns on them i would think. that rifle is accurate but terrible for close combat and very small magazine. and jake only had the sub sonic 22. ahh crsr almost had these cowards so sad

If the defense cant prove drugs were the motive for murders then all the demeaning, belittling and defiling of the deceased will doom their client. It is pointless, at this stage, based on real evidence, for the defense to have a theory not centered around the W4.

Some wanna believe JW and AW pled away their lives because, why?

So Sr and KR grew some dope. They sold dope. Show me the evidence that dope is why JW, AW, BW and 4 committed the murders as ALL the REAL evidence shows, not some half baked therory. A therory isnt evidence.

I know, the Ws stole Chris's cash to fund their trip to Alaska.
My impression is that the proceeds from the sale of the Peterson Road Farm funded their extended AK vacation, I believe they were in AK for about 11 months. I think the main reason they left AK was because they were out of money. It will be interesting to see if there were other reasons they left AK..

How they burned through all that money in less than a year, I don't know.

So, I think once the realized Law Enforcement was on to them, they started to make not very smart decisions(not like killing 8 people is a smart decision). I think some of those decisions had more of a negative affect on their finances that just sort of dominoed. For instance leaving a lot of stuff behind. There is only so much you can take in a pickup truck or two even if they are towing trailers. When they got to alaska, they might have needed to purchase replacement items for what they left behind. From experience, everything in alaska is way more expensive than the lower 48. Then just your normal household expenses. If they did not have jobs lined up immediately they would have dipped extensively into any of their savings. This is on top of just the cost of gas in the trucks to haul stuff all that way. And when you haul stuff and a trailer your vehicle uses more gas than normal. It just seemed their plan to go to alaska was not thought out very well. I consider all that part of their non-official punishment for killing 8 people. I am sure they were stressing on the drive back even before the infamous border interviews. I am so glad all 4 of these wagners were not very bright that they got caught in the end. But really, I just wish one of them was just a little bit smarter to realize and convince the other 3 that murdering 8 people in cold blood is not the right path to go down. This is just the perfect storm of 4 people with just the right amount of Stupidity.

I think we would see a lot more bullet holes if they went automatic, then reloads would probably be needed. Might overcome the brass catcher too, or it gets stuffed up and jams the slide (with brass catcher and auto).

Forgot about drums, never tried one, has to be heavy, at least 4-5x the usual ammo weight not counting the empty drum. You might need another pistol grip, two grips on one pistol... or a bipod?

And arrogance....

But don't forget, Billy would continue to receive his govt subsidies in AK. They would also have continued to receive govt subsides for the minor children.

I don't think George was there without being armed.. No way. He may not have fired a weapon, but no way you roll out to commit 8 murders at 4 different locations and NOT have a gun. If we are to believe Jake said George went because there was fear that Billy would kill Jake, then how was George going to stop Billy if he decided to kill Jake? I'm sure he was armed with something and I can't wait to hear more evidence.

Maybe there is a good reason for them to opt out. But, IMO, LE should not opt out, transparency and all that.
I think opting out of video is understandable but full audio testimony should be made public, IMO. The state is trying the accused, in the service of it's citizens.

Notice the photo Scheiderer holds from Bond Hearing the blood looks wet, and very red. Blood looks more brown and black when dried as shown on floor here:

View attachment 366676

Might be after the chemical was applied. That was mentioned.

Edit: I think the witness did say it would darken the blood.

Good call but the photos look different. I think Scheiderer's photo was taken before the prints dried. The only spray I can think of is luminol but if you heard chemicals were applied I believe you. Thanks.

I find it interesting to see 2 different photos of the blood stains.

I missed this..unless this is answered down thread...to whom did AW tell in Montana about shoes she bought in Ohio and why was she asked that?? At that point they would have to know they were suspects so why come back to Ohio?? TIA

Who mentiioned that she could have returned them and gotten her money back?? If so there would be a return transaction on those shoes
