JW got impatient with BW, took rifle from GW4 and opened up. I think BW was inside or nearly inside when JW opened up. But I am unsure where he was not to be hit by all that gunfire coming from outside. Then BW shoots 2nd gun from close range as both victims are already incapacitated.

JW claims, per AC, GW4 had trouble sighting the SKS with a fuel filter suppressor and JW took the SKS away from GW4.

Trajectory evidence shows all outside shots from the same area, near the mower between there and the porch.

We need to find out for sure if that was a fuel filter or oil filter. Looking on You Tube videos, those are very different. One small and skinny, the other large.

I don't think so. I think the BCI guy touched on that? They're used just for contrast I believe.

I think JW's version of the story that Angela Canepa told in her opening statement is the first version that JW told. State will reveal the real story as told by evidence.

I think BW may have been in the front yard looking for his "lost" cell phone. CR was inside calling it when JW opened fire with the SKS, hit him in the arm then BW ran in and shot him and GR.

Fuel filters tend to be a smaller diameter, but both types are similar construction, shape, and material, and would function to suppress gunfire noise.

If it was a fuel filter it would have to be the 'spin-on' type as opposed to an inline filter. Oil filters are also 'spin-on', which just means the center is threaded to screw on to the mount. This threaded area can thread onto a gun barrel.

BW was using the ruse of finding his phone to get CRSR to the porch area. He asked CRSR to call his phone so he could find it. I'm thinking that meant BW stepped outside and away from CRSR so his sobs could open fire. That was all mentioned in AC's opening as information in JW's proffer.

The terror that he experienced (and DR and Chris Jr.), knowing what was coming, and GW4 expects something other than life?

I thought I saw a couple of holes near the .22cal size when Hanshaw testified. Waiting to see. I don't think any calibers have been matched to bullet holes, yet.

Yes most of the shots to CRSR's face were from within a 3ft or closer distance. A couple were just shy of contact wounds, very little area between the end of the gun and CRSR's skin. They made a darker circle of debris around the wound.

Either that or stayed inside, but stepped away. That was still a risky move, if true. Whether inside (out of view) or outside (in the dark), Billy was taking a huge risk that he would also be shot. It's why I'm not sure this version of Jake's story is completely accurate. We'll see.

It's pretty wild to visualize. Gary Rhoden was standing close to Chris. Both were standing near the front door, because some of the blood spatter on the porch was Gary's. Whomever did the close range shooting to Chris was at risk of Gary attacking him. Right?

Unless a third person was holding a gun on Gary or some similar scenario. I just can't see Gary standing there watching someone shoot Chris that many times, including the shot under the chin, without either trying to get away or attacking the shooter. JMO
