I have been able to find all the autopsy reports except Gary Rhoden. Could someone please help me out on locating his autopsy report? I would greatly appreciate it and I thank you in advance.

I concur. And it’s not like that was filed (even electronically) as the morning testimony was going on.

I think with someone passing Judge a note, that it would relate more to something from the jury, and then it was brought up with both sides….

But it’s still strange. And judging by how secret (for lack of a better word) some of this trial has been so far, I don’t think we will find out the real cause unless it results in something that we - or reporters there - get to see happen in open Court [i.e.- juror replaced, more delays for juror sickness, etc]
Junk did say when ask he couldn't talk about it but the said, everybody is safe. Was that just because of the other courthouse thing today?

What time was the threat called in, early morning, so all would have known about it before court started for GWIV's trial?

I have looked also. If his family did not want it public then it won’t be found.

out of this current discussion but: Do you guys and gals think LE would have found the guns without direction to them by JW?

Not a chance.JMO They were in the middle of Fredericka Wagner's huge farm, which she guards very carefully. There was probably no one outside of their family who would have known the location of those guns.

LE had already searched one of her ponds about a month or so after all the Wagners were arrested in 2018. We followed the news here. Whichever pond they searched either wasn't the one or they didn't know about the "duck box".

Well after asking about where the W's were being housed, I did some looking and it's George that is in Ross County jail. The Chillicothe municipal building had the threat yesterday and that is .2 mile from the Ross County jail. I doubt it's related, but interesting anyway.
Where did you see that GW is in Ross Co. jail? His court docket says Montgomery Co. and then there is a warrant for him to stay in Scioto Co. during the trial. What am I missing? TIA!

Yes, that may have had something to do with their decision. I read about the bomb threat at Chillocothe. Probably ended the day early as a precaution.

There are a lot of crazy, nutty people doing really stupid things these days. They're riled up about things not related to this trial. Hopefully LE will track them all down and lock them up.

WAVERLY, Ohio (WKRC) - The state shoeprint expert assigned to the Pike County massacre case testified Tuesday there were two separate left shoes of the same model but different sizes at one of the crime scenes.

There are some photos at link of what we missed today by witness opting out.

Forget if it was Nancy Grace during the Casey Anthony trial, but, remember "absence of evidence is NOT evidence of absence".
But evidence of absence is not the legal standard for a criminal trial. Perhaps it is in drug testing or when looking for black holes, but not criminal trials. Evidence of absence truly should result in an acquittal. The defendant does not need to prove they are there

But the killers would have known that long before the murders. IMO (repeat IMO) I think JW is just saying that to minimize GW4's involvement as much as possible.

If GW4 couldn't see down sites... nobody else could either.
One option is JW took the gun and unscrewed the oil filter and pulled the adaptor off. No idea how long thay would take. JW could have just been better at handling the weopon with the suppressor on. Gw4 could have just frozen. So, so many options ....

Interesting , did not know that you can’t do appeals in a Plea Deal. Good information, thank you .
You can, but most prosecutors will make you waive that from a plea. Now there are extraordinary circumstances -- ineffective assistance of counsel -- where you could still appeal

It was said by A Canepa that GW4 had helped modify the murder truck. What did he do to it?

No, I don't think they would have found them, but I also don't think they needed them. They made the arrests without them. The gun expert this morning testified that he knew what guns the bullets were fired from based on what the bullets looked like. I love that they are going in order like this. It shows what they had BEFORE Jake or Angela gave their info. They knew the make of the guns just from how the bullets looked. It was very interesting. They could also tell the bullets were fired from the same gun based on the markings, but what I understood from the testimony is he could also tell the gun that fired the bullet.. not the specific one because he didn't have it to compare, but it was talking about different generations of guns and how the 4th and 5th had these characteristics and then eventually he narrowed it down to a 2nd generation (can't recall which one that was, but one of the murder weapons).

Later I think we will get the testimony from Jake about where they put the guns, then LE was able to recover them and compare and know that was the weapon used.

But, without having the weapons they still knew the type of gun and they had the lists on the computers of the exact guns that the W's had and used. Pretty cool stuff!
This on the computer, but also the casings from the Wagner home that matched the ones at the scenes and at least one picture of JW holding one of the guns ...

They built a false bottom in the bed of the truck. Their idea was for Billy to drive and Jake and GW4 would hide in the back. After pulling up to Chris Sr's and getting him to come outside, the guys were supposed to jump out of the back of the pickup and start shooting.

They built a false truck bed so they could lie underneath it, with I believe IIRC, hay bales on top

There was no woman's military style boot print found at one of the crime scenes. That boot is listed in the evidence though. Probably because she bought it but no proof she left a print of it at the crime scenes.

I believe Angie was home taking care of the kids. Can't leave them alone, too risky if one gets up and wanders around. Can't get a babysitter because they are then inserting a witness into their crimes, and can't take them along because then the kids become witnesses and would interfere etc...

I put Ross in the search bar for this forum and saw a comment here with a photo of George being taken back to jail from a hearing. It mentioned Ross County.

He was housed at Ross but was moved to Montgomery.
