Trying to blame Donald Stone? Talked about him making money, buying a motorcycle, etc. Stole money off Kenny after he was dead. Those accusations were made on social media, soon after the murders. I think some people posted that here in this forum.

There's video of Billy and his sons driving down Left Fork to murder Kenny that night. Billy you will get the DP. JMO

She was at the W's around noonish she said. Took the infant to the hospital at 7PM. Then backtracked and said 4 hours later. Still too long for any of the W's to have given it to the baby. Xanax starts working after about 30 minutes to an hour.

I missed something yesterday, or forgot from the original time of the incident. T testified to this? If so, then no, it couldn't have been at the visitation. Xanax is an awful drug and is excreted in breast milk. Possible that T was breastfeeding? Didn't realize? (Remembering back to her son, and she'd wanted to breastfeed or had been advised to by lactation counselor)

Even though I am critical of the state's case I expect GW to be convicted on most if not all charges, and that won't be because the state proves every element BARD but because the jury will convict him as he is the only one on trial and somebody needs to be punished for these crimes, I think this Judge has allowed the state to show graphic photos well beyond the probative value, and irrespective of any things they may feel were not proved as well as they would like

the jury is only human, and it would be so easy to convict GW just because he is Wagner, I also think GW is guilty of many of the charges, but am firmly of the view he never shot anybody

I may be wrong but didn't JW say that GW didn't KILL anyone?? not shoot anyone.

TC's testimony bought it back for me... not sure if anyone remembers Frances Schreuder, she talked her son into murdering her father. Frances manipulated and abused her son, an unhealthy and unfortunate mother and son relationship. If I recall correctly it was all about the money. Frances worried about being taken out of her father's will. Much like AW, control factor...it's all about the money, securing her future at all cost. IMO

Omg, I was thinking about the Schreuder's yesterday as well. I knew the grandson's prison psychiatrist. After he was paroled she passed away. The grandson was seated at our table at the church funeral brunch. He was quiet and gracious. Later I found out through the media that my psychiatrist friend made the assessment that the grandson would not have committed murder if not for his mother's abuse and influence.

Angie discouraged her from breast feeding, against advice of lactation counselor. That was for Bulvine. She may have also bottle fed her daughter.

Prosecution has hours and hours of these killers talking all by themselves - before and after the murders. Time to start thinking about how incriminating all that evidence is going to be.

What everyone else knows is not true because Chris didn't talk to anyone..

He doesn't do nothing with the drugs, but Chris talks to him so he knows about things because Chris told him and he heard things.
