Didn't get along with Hanna while they both lived there. Both were competing for Angela's approval.

Angela accused her of stealing $400.

Helped move a lot of family possessions to another building at Bethel Hill Rd home. After that, they set the home on fire.
A pan overfilled with grease on their propane stove. She was there that morning, left with Angela that day. Shopping for party stuff, her son's 1 month old birthday.

She knows the fire was intentional because they moved all the important items out of the house into another structure on the property in the days before the fire.

August 2013 - a month after her son was born. She and Angela went shopping that day for a party. Everyone else stayed behind. Insurance was the reason for burning it down. Tabitha helped write out receipts for items supposedly lost in the fire.

Jeeez Louise...they even moved the deer heads out of home before the fire...and how come the fire insurance investigators never caught wind of nothing in the house?

This family is so messed up.

Angela bought a receipt book and wrote receipts for things that would have been in the fire.

During the fire Angela and Tabatha were shopping for supplies for a party. A party for her 1 month old son.

Just listen to the witnesses. We can't understand how this could all be over a custody dispute, but when we listen to the dynamic of this family and the activities they engaged in and their behavior, it's all bizarre.

Falsified receipts for things allegedly in the house for insurance company.

Wouldn't the receipts have burned up in the fire? Come on now. That would be suspect if I were the insurance adjuster.

Well if Angela followed her own advice on when/how to have relations between husband/wife, it might explain why Billy has a permanent frown on his face.

Ok what did her 5 year old say to her that the defense is objecting all over the place?

The arson testimony is to be considered in regard to George's participation in conspiracy with his family. We're getting somewhere. And we haven't yet heard about keeping the baby from TC or threatening to kill her. Tomorrow will be something.

I missed it, but once the live is over, we can listen back over it.

I think she said her child said that the Ws said she, Tabitha, killed the Rs.

Don't know, she didn't get to finish that part. Judge decided to adjourn for the day.

What she said was that the Wagners accused her of poisoning them and killing the Rhodens.

Could someone explain the confusing instructions judge just read to jury about how they could or could not interpret the testimony they just heard?

It's that "other acts" qualification. He said they could only consider the evidence of the fire setting in the context of how the Wagners worked as a group to commit illegal acts. It can't be considered as a judgment on their character. In that sense, I suppose, it wouldn't be allowed as evidence because it had nothing to do with the murders. Hope that makes sense. IANAL

Same rule that prosecution can't bring up prior illegal activity if it had no link to the crime the person is being tried for. Prejudicial, I suppose.

Yes, past acts cannot be consider when determining if GWIV killed the R's...basically.

Had to discuss with GW4 that she had been sexually abused as a child. Tabitha found out her sister told someone, so she had to tell GW4. GW4 was angry, wanted to go kill the guy who had abused Tabitha. She calmed him down.
Interesting parallel also to the violent reaction Jake had to the previous witness telling him the same thing.

And oh, how sad these girls' lives have been.
