What was it?

Earlier I heard a woman saying she wouldn't take pictures of autopsy photos or the victim's blood.
Yes heard the same.

10:51 Chris Sr calling Billy's phone, which was at Peterson Rd. Call routed to voicemail

By then, Billy was on Union Hill Rd, though, right?

Websleuths is still acting up. I wonder if there's an alternate location for discussion?

FW called BW at 11:04 pm night of murders, went to vm, mommy wondering where he was?

She called him again at 9:28 am, phone location unknown, phones did not connect.

I'd guess from 10:22pm to 10:55pm, CR sr was calling BW's phone on the ruse of BW having lost his phone.

I had to switch to my phone yesterday morning, the forum website stopped responding on my PC, but the phone worked fine at the same time.

Most likely because Jake said they arrived at Chris's before midnight and it takes time to drive over there.

Not sure Billy would have answered his phone anyway. All he needed was to see that Chris was up and calling him.

Why have Chris call leaving a phone trail? Makes no sense at all.

That fake drug deal could help get Billy convicted.

I heard in AC opening that Billy was already at Chris's when the calls from Chris came in because he asked him to call it to "find his phone" and then he was shot shortly after.

I find it interesting that Fredrika called Billy at 11:04 p.m. night of murders. That is late. Did she know something was going in?

Well, just before killing him, Billy had Chris call Billy's cell phone because he "lost it". Remember, it was the ruse to get Chris to go stand at the door. He would have given Chris his usual cell number, which would have rung at Peterson Rd. Billy had a "burner" phone with him that night.

That's very, very interesting. JMO, I think its possible she did know something. With all the planning he was doing while living there with her, she had to know something was up. Billy's friend who worked there and went to his room beforehand knew something was up when he saw all of Billy's guns, etc.

He lived with her so maybe she realized he wasn't home and that was not normal for him. I'd like to believe she had no idea. I don't like some of her businesses practices, but I really hope she was not aware of any of this.

Thank you, I'll edit my post.

That's weird, on the map it doesn't show the cell tower off UHR. It was Joe 'something' road, like Joe Smith or something.

There's the cell tower off UHR! Just showed it on the overall map, right near CRsr's and FR's.

I just heard someone in the courtroom say "here comes Jake", then it sounded like Junk asked if they had a little time before the jury comes in, then sounded like he said he wanted to run downstairs.
Or maybe it was "here comes the judge." When JW does take the stand did he opt out to be filmed, videotaped? Anyone know?

Thanks for this information, makes more sense but ringing Billy's phone only helped BCI place all 4 Wagner phones at Peterson Rd. --- In 2016 this is the only time the cell tower records show that all 4 Wagner phones were together.

They just all happened to be together that specific night, strong circumstantial evidence. Probably should have left his phone at FWF where he lived.

It was definitely "Jake", I'll try to check during the first break.

He was likely thinking this phone being somewhere else would exclude him from being looked at. Boy did that backfire on him! LOL

If traveling to St. Louis then Springfield, that's probably Springfield, MO. That's near Lebanon, MO, close to where they were later trying to buy property.

Maybe called him and he did not answer (phone off with AW), then called AW? BW is not home with her or with AW? She probably would have called more than once if she was real worried. He probably goes out galavanting around who knows where doing who knows what. He was big-time after all. lol
