Not a big deal IMO. Many people customize their guns.

What time are they suppose to come back from lunch today? I missed it.

Just checking in and catching up.

This is interesting.
BCI also asked for a special judge for the case to handle search warrants etc. and control information. All sealed in separate county

I am viewing trial. I did not see any reflections. But if there were reflections, I guess it would depend on the quality of reflections and if people reflected could be identified.
I think those were reflections of people sitting in the gallery re: R family, since that is the direction the TV is facing. The Jury TV is above the witness chair and turned away from the judge toward the jury box. The reflection was on the one aimed more toward the side and back of the courtroom. I have seen one of the women in the reflection sitting in the front row of the gallery with Miss Geneva before she stopped coming to court.

I was under the impression that they went in, around Father's Day of 2016. JW (iirc) stated that he and GW4 built a goose box for their grandpa and anchored it with concrete filled buckets, with the firearm pieces and parts. He led authorities to them.
Jake also stated that he personally put the firearms in the buckets and filled them with concrete and that he alone took them to the pond and used them as anchors on the goosebox. I think he said he was the only one who knew where the guns were but I cannot be sure of that so JMO and someone correct me please if I am wrong about what he said re: guns.

Starting new thread for testimony in Wagner murder trial in Pike County. Also just learned appeals court ruled in media's favor allowing us to photograph and video any exhibit or evidence shown in court. It's up to us whether to publish or broadcast. Thanks

BCI agent Bryan White on stand.

On my previous message about appeals ruling - it does say the judge can appeal by having a ruling. That might be today at lunch - standing by to confirm that.

Shows the .22 caliber handgun found on nightstand @Local12
was sent to BCI gun lab

Another gun found in that same bedroom. A Glock

View attachment 372483

On to a third gun found in its case in that same bedroom Smith & Wesson .22 caliber

View attachment 372484

All the guns were blind swabbed for DNA and sent to the lab.

More rifles found in closet of that same bedroom

This one was another Smith and Wesson .22

Prosecutors are showing all the guns to show what they ruled out ... but also will show they are on Jake's list from his phone.

Correction - the rifle was a Remington .22 caliber.

Again - this search took place on May 13, 2017 - just a day after BCI searched Peterson Road and other property with trailers and trucks.

Another .22 rifle found in closet of same bedroom

Another .22 caliber rifle found as well. The actual .22 used in the crime was a Walther Colt 1911 .22 semi-automatic handgun that used long rifle ammo.

Another handgun found Glock same bedroom

too many pictures - continued...
That first picture of a bed yellow/ivory colored, that bed looks like a Pulaski. The rest of the furniture looks like it is not that expensive, just that one bed.

I am going to match the "wish list/gun list" that was found on Jake's phone memo and see if all these guns match. I can see this being VERY relevant if that list that was created a year prior to the murders is an exact list of all the guns recovered, minus the murder weapons, then the idea that this list was "just" a wish list and not an actual list of their guns would be huge.

Imagine having a list of guns and who owns them in your phone.

Defense says it's just a wish list

Prosecution finds all the guns on that list minus the weapons they know were responsible for these murders..

Then Jake comes along and leads them to the murder weapons, now all guns accounted for. Sounds like a list of guns and not a wish list.

I think this is how this is all going to come into play. They have to be meticulous because the defense is going to claim it's not Georges, he wasn't involved, but more and more pieces show that evidence they found just lines up with other witnesses testimony and then ultimately what Jake and Angela say.
It's all about when the wish list was made. Was it a wish list that they actually received some of them as gifts, prior to the murders? What is the date on the wish list?

This article doesn't say. Only "at one time"

Actually it is about showing GW is a liar and is part of the conspiracy to kill the Rhodens/HHG and made efforts to hide it.

Prosecution argues the guns will show George was lying when he told investigators a list of guns found on Jake's phone was simply a "wish list" of guns they wanted to own.

Prosecution argues the list is proof of the conspiracy charge.

Prosecution: There are recordings of George Wagner saying the list was a wish list. We should be allowed to show that was a lie.

Prosecution: We will make it come together in closing arguments and when we play wire tap recordings.

Prosecution: the guns show George is a member of the conspiracy, and he made efforts to hide the conspiracy. It's narrowly tailored to avoid the idea that just because you own a lot of guns, you commit crimes.

I wish they would of told us whose br had the guns on the bed and side table next to bed. FW must of been scared ISIS was coming to her house so her and BW were prepared.
IMO the prosecution is trying to prejudice the jury by showing all these guns.

I think I have way more guns in my house, because hubby has four huge fireproof safes full of them similar to the one in the pictures. I am always seeing purchases come though the bank from gun shops. Some bought decades ago. lol

But this is a don't ask, don't tell marriage. I don't ask about his gun purchases and he don't ask about my jewelry purchases and neither of us tell.

To be fair there is a 5th large fireproof safe that is full of my items, jewelry ect. He buys the safes and has them delivered.

So having a lot of guns doesn't mean you have a propensity for violence IMO. I don't know what having a lot of jewelry means. That I like shiny things? lol
