but they are not the murder guns, so what is the relevance?
Lying and conspiracy
but they are not the murder guns, so what is the relevance?
I hope so. Hopefully junk's 15 min will be over as well. I can't help it, I do not care for him. I don't have to, but man oThis morning Canepa argued these guns can be tied to G4 via recordings to be introduced later.
Some jurors are probably asking themselves the same. (I'd be one) Others maybe not. Interesting tactic.but they are not the murder guns, so what is the relevance?
Defense is going to argue that the gun list was a wish list, prosecution wants to prove it's an ownership list.but they are not the murder guns, so what is the relevance?
Bet that made grandpappy proud.I was under the impression that they went in, around Father's Day of 2016. JW (iirc) stated that he and GW4 built a goose box for their grandpa and anchored it with concrete filled buckets, with the firearm pieces and parts. He led authorities to them.
I think the Wagner's had a time crunch and held on to their weapons or put them in the truck, then that night ditched them at FWF. I don't think they ditched them later at FWF, on a different night, because they knew an investigation would start that following morning.Do we have any clue as to where the murder guns were kept/stored before they went into the pond?
And approx. when did they go into the pond?

Edit: Then ... alas, the murder weapons are nowhere to be found with the other guns. Then later, two of the murder guns are found encased in concrete.
I would be for sure and I would likely be angry that in 5 weeks, no evidence against George has been presented. Stop wasting our time with all this garbage meant to confuse the issues, and hide the fact that they have no real evidence.I hope so. Hopefully junk's 15 min will be over as well. OK, I get the thinking. Thanks. As a juror I would want to know what guns they had both before and after the murders.
A plus would be finding guns that were on their list... at the bottom of a pond in concrete. After the murders.

Oh wow! I don't know how the state of Ohio can afford another trial of this caliber. The only worry I would have is about multiple trials and the money that would be needed. The entire country is cash/money strapped it seems.

Seriously. I'd be horrified if I'd been alive to know it.Bet that made grandpappy proud.
Where does this information come from?I was under the impression that they went in, around Father's Day of 2016. JW (iirc) stated that he and GW4 built a goose box for their grandpa and anchored it with concrete filled buckets, with the firearm pieces and parts. He led authorities to them.
