I would say that Pike Co got a lot of assistance. It's not a thriving county last I checked.Oh wow! I don't know how the state of Ohio can afford another trial of this caliber.

I always put myself in the eyes, ears and thoughts of the jury.I hope so. Hopefully junk's 15 min will be over as well. I can't help it, I do not care for him. I don't have to, but man o
Some jurors are probably asking themselves the same. (I'd be one) Others maybe not. Interesting tactic.

Nah... he could say he helped build it but didn't know squat about any guns or parts.
Where does this information come from? When did JW state this? If this is true then Jake just again implicated George in the murders - in disposing evidence. George would know they were getting rid of the firearm pieces and parts.
Interesting evidence implicating George.
Recess until 3:25 p.m Pike time.
This is the first time I've listened, watched, and participated in the thread. I normally don't b/c it's easier to put myself in the juror's place. So far, as much as I feel he was part and parcel of the W4 and acted as part of them, if that makes sense, they've yet to prove it "beyond a shadow of a doubt". Hopefully they'll tie it all up at the end.I always put myself in the eyes, ears and thoughts of the jury.
If I were a juror, I would be unhappy to sit though an overkill of possibly unrelated evidence. Especially during an unusually long trial. Just an opinion.
Are we going to the pond next?
I'm done speculating on what is going to happen next.![]()
@Betty P Agree, and because of this, do you think State will offer Billy an attractive offer for plea deal?Governor was able to get some money into the state budget for these trials. Barely enough to cover 2, if they were careful. State GE is term limited, low IQ and doesn't like to allocate money for this kind of thing. JMO It's risky to expect them to fund another trial. Defense knows this.
I doubt Fred will let us on the property. She'll meet us at the gate with another one of those guns and BPV
True, they could have bought some of the guns on the list after the murders, since they didn't collect Jake's phone until over a year later. In that time Hubby could buy another safe full.I can see where they're going but not all of these are on the list. what was my question is if the gun list was made prior to the murders, then yes, it may have been a "wish list". What is this list on Jakes phone? A wish list that he made.

I have been on three trial juries which probably accounts for my reasoning. This is the first time I've listened, watched, and participated in the thread.
