I am viewing trial. I did not see any reflections. But if there were reflections, I guess it would depend on the quality of reflections and if people reflected could be identified.
Have not seen this morning testimonies, going to watch at the lunch break.

It's probably when the monitor is off, right after the jury comes in and before they show any evidence.

Do we have any clue as to where the murder guns were kept/stored before they went into the pond?
And approx. when did they go into the pond?

I was under the impression that they went in, around Father's Day of 2016. JW (iirc) stated that he and GW4 built a goose box for their grandpa and anchored it with concrete filled buckets, with the firearm pieces and parts. He led authorities to them.

TY.
So that would be about 8 weeks after the murders.
I don’t know why, but I am so curious to know where the guns were in those 8 weeks.
FWF?

On my previous message about appeals ruling - it does say the judge can appeal by having a ruling. That might be today at lunch - standing by to confirm that.

All these guns from the house, we probably won't see pond bucket guns until tomorrow.
Next week according to this-

@chrisgraves

This morning and likely all day will be a volley of objections and sidebar conversations. This is NOT the search where police found the three weapons they say were used to killed eight members of the #rhoden family in April. Hearing that evidence won't come until next week.

Starting new thread for testimony in Wagner murder trial in Pike County. Also just learned appeals court ruled in media's favor allowing us to photograph and video any exhibit or evidence shown in court. It's up to us whether to publish or broadcast. Thanks

BCI agent Bryan White on stand.

Showing inside of Flying W showing guns recovered all over house

Shows the .22 caliber handgun found on nightstand @Local12
was sent to BCI gun lab

Gun3.jpg

Another gun found in that same bedroom. A Glock

gun4.jpg

On to a third gun found in its case in that same bedroom Smith & Wesson .22 caliber

gun5.jpg

All the guns were blind swabbed for DNA and sent to the lab.

More rifles found in closet of that same bedroom

Rifle.jpg

This one was another Smith and Wesson .22

Prosecutors are showing all the guns to show what they ruled out ... but also will show they are on Jake's list from his phone.

Correction - the rifle was a Remington .22 caliber.

Again - this search took place on May 13, 2017 - just a day after BCI searched Peterson Road and other property with trailers and trucks.

Another .22 rifle found in closet of same bedroom

rifle2.jpg rifle3.jpg

Another .22 caliber rifle found as well. The actual .22 used in the crime was a Walther Colt 1911 .22 semi-automatic handgun that used long rifle ammo.

Another handgun found Glock same bedroom

I wish they would of told us whose br had the guns on the bed and side table next to bed. FW must of been scared ISIS was coming to her house so her and BW were prepared.

No kids in the house, elderly, local le would take untelling how long to reach them, known in the area to have money, I can see it.

Those two Beretta handguns with identical grips (white with grim reaper image), one had the threaded barrel with adapter, easily accepts a suppressor. One did not.

Relevant to the guns that were in the W4 hands or I'm truthfully quite bored.

Those remington's are old,

I expect we'll hear more about the "thing" at the end of one of the handguns "death head" grips since the evidence guy wasn't sure what it was.

I am going to match the "wish list/gun list" that was found on Jake's phone memo and see if all these guns match. I can see this being VERY relevant if that list that was created a year prior to the murders is an exact list of all the guns recovered, minus the murder weapons, then the idea that this list was "just" a wish list and not an actual list of their guns would be huge.

Imagine having a list of guns and who owns them in your phone.

Defense says it's just a wish list

Prosecution finds all the guns on that list minus the weapons they know were responsible for these murders..

Then Jake comes along and leads them to the murder weapons, now all guns accounted for. Sounds like a list of guns and not a wish list.

I think this is how this is all going to come into play. They have to be meticulous because the defense is going to claim it's not Georges, he wasn't involved, but more and more pieces show that evidence they found just lines up with other witnesses testimony and then ultimately what Jake and Angela say.
