I think the phone intercepts have more value to the state played in full. That rant by GW4 is priceless.

I cant imagine the culture shock going from HR as a mother to AW. GEESH, talking about polar opposites. The poor child faced evil and came out a survivor. I hardly doubt a child could break an airplanes video screen. That was probably AW being AW.

I also enjoyed the tidbit about S. biting grandma twice...although I thought it was sad S got her bottom whipped twice for doing that. So if Judge rules in favor of defense we will get to hear everything said on those tapes, all the personal goings on. Do we really need to hear that?

That's exactly right. Innocent folks couldnt care less about a former property being dug up. Let'em dig!! Their actions speak volumes, to me. It did my heart good knowing GW4 was paranoid up until he got arrested. He can soon be paranoid about being in the big house GP!!

I really have no sympathy for a Notary that falsifies documents or assists others in doing so. That just seems to be one of the basic principles of being a notary.

and something along the line of, if they have to play the entire tapes it would add 3-5 weeks to their case. I'm sketchy on the timeframe but it will add a few weeks to their case.

It goes well into the next thread, still some photos there. Not sure how many links are dead. After that the discussion is focused on them moving to AK.

Amazing how little information was publicly available about this case back then. Other than James Manley getting arrested, there was zilch for a very long time.

We hardly discussed the Wagners or Peterson Rd Farm back then. Since LE didn't consider them persons of interest, Websleuths did NOT allow us to do any sleuthing about them, their home, etc. Our discussions changed a lot after this.

Also why the heck would BCI drive to Alaska? I am pretty sure it makes more sense to just fly, but George swears he sees an Ohio BCI car following them? I guess it's possible they would drive, but why?
