Then why are they entered into evidence? If nobody is allowed to see them?Only the audio tapes are in evidence.
Judge has not allowed transcripts of audio tapes to be entered into evidence. Judge has ruled for the defense.
Transcripts prepared by prosecution witness are open to her interpretation, thus the ruling.
Why would they not submit their own edits then or be allowed to listen and disagree on some of them, but allow others. There were some played that were very clearly able to be understood and other maybe not exactly, but the gist of the conversation was very clear.I think it is because there is so much room for error in transcribing recordings that are so poor, our brains have learned patterns of speech, so we expect certain words to follow on from each other,
some Judges do allow transcripts, but that is usually when both sides have agreed that the transcripts accurately match what is being spoken, here the defense is not in agreement as to the accuracy of the transcripts
I believe it was outside of the jury being there when they were on record talking about these recordings. She told the judge what was to come was 3-4 times more damning. I'll look for this exact info in the recording from yesterday and post it I find it.Canepa said the truck recordings will be more damming against George. Read this yesterday but lost track of where I read it.
I am guessing it's when BCI bugged their work long road hauler semi.
I hope this is true. Will post link if I find it.

I want to know why the fraud department called GW and then he called them in relation to his card, AW called the company about the jammer but there has been no evidence she purchased one@Angenette5

So, was George Wagner's Cabela's Visa used to purchase items without his knowledge? Remember, it appeared his Cabela's VISA and bill were found in the belongings on 41 on May 12, 2017 search. Did Angela have his card?

Little SR was showing him around the new home and DR was there talking alsoThat's important. Who was he telling this to?
Yet, knowing how frustrating it wold be to listeners, specifically the jury, I believe the judge could and should have arbitrated between state & defense. But I'm no attorney, jmo.The law works in mysterious ways.
Maybe she called for GWIV? Maybe they said they didn't buy it, someone hacked them? phone calls were placed to the Cabela's Visa card fraud department on the same date: 3/16 and 3/17. That seems odd.

HA! ...that's a sarcastic laughHow much does the defense team get paid by the hour, from Ohio taxpayers?
That would be customer service though wouldn't it? Fraud Department is just to dispute a charge that you're billed for and you're saying you didnt purchase. My card was stolen and somebody used it etc...Had me thinking the jammer didn't work and they wanted to dispute payment?
