My opinion is JW will take a full day what with testimony, cross & rebuttal - at least 1 full day.
I am going to guess 2 days. I predict lots of direct, cross, redirect, re cross, redirect, etc. You know how they like that tit for tat stuff and everyone wants the last word. LOL

Too soon for big Jake I think.

Could it be Jake's ex wife?

Or the mechanic in Alaska?

So FW, ex wife, or the guy in Alaska, that should be all we know of, right?

.... and lots of objections and rulings when JW testifies.

Could it possibly be an appearance by Jake Wagner?
It’s time for him to tie this all together.
Courtroom is closed so he can be brought in quietly.
Short day so that reporters can report on his testimony.
It will be big news.

Just my suspicion.

I keep forgetting we need to hear the big rig wire conversations that are so damning to George. I think the timing is good for Jake's ex wife. She can speak about how they were acting during the time in Alaska, then the move back and the time she was with them before the arrests. Unless they decided they didn't need her testimony.. or would bring it in after he testifies. Maybe hearing him first and then hearing what she says will give the jury more of an idea of just how true her words are on what she saw and experienced?

I believe the mechanic in Alaska was requested to be on video by the defense. I think that would put him testifying after the prosecution rests. Unless the prosecution intends to call him as well and the defense was arguing on his behalf because they think he will be sympathetic to the defense?

So I wonder how this works when Jake and Angela testify. This courthouse doesn't seem very large because we can hear car traffic outside sometimes. If George needs to be kept there and Jake or Angela are also there and then they have breaks. How do they keep them from being near one another and goodness the security they need for those days will likely be more than normal?

I don't mind who is next, I just want to move along. All will be heard eventually. I'm wondering what on earth FW can say, she can't defend GW4, can she. The way things are going he is in this up to his neck.

I'm thinking the witness from Alaska will be on zoom soon.

You all are correct in saying Jake will take a day or two. It would be a great way to end this week.
I doubt it is Jake this afternoon. Although AC needs to do something ( quickly) to pull this together

Should be plenty of rooms available in the courthouse. Reinforcements can be called in if needed, I'm sure many LE would probably volunteer for it. Big list of those involved a few pages back.

Is G4 going to spare them from testifying? lol

I was thinking the other day whether George would reach a point and put his hands up to save them from testifying.

Confession time!
I've had to roll back this mornings events because I fell asleep. Again. Did they talk shoes? I saw them on the end of the table and didn't see any more than that. Shameful

RJN opted-out of audio and video during her testimony. If she's avoiding the media, I don't find it surprising she hasn't shown back up in court. The YouTube livestreams of the trial easily show the audience/observers.
Maybe they can't look the victims' families in the face. Just my opinion.

Hey if they talked about the shoes, I missed it too. I only recall them sitting on the table and I've sat here all morning, glued.

What the heck is going on? Agent Eveslage was supposed to be on today, we haven't heard the truck recordings, there's some sort of hubbub or I'm eating my shirt. lol

One drill bit looked overly large in diameter. Either silencing a 12ga shotgun or gun shy after blowing up the one maglite.

Kinda looked like Parker "knocked on wood" while whispering to G4.

Beards on Nash and G4 will be to their waists before a verdict is reached.

Starting late, early lunch and short day today. Efficiency doesn't come to mind here.
When my work schedule allows me to listen, it's always a short day or a day full of sidebars and nonsense.

I am curious if the Wagner's had this part all planned out too. I am curious if they had a plan for if they got caught during the crimes or shortly after. If one of them got arrested, but not the others. What did they plan to say or do? When I get really into my crazy thinking :p:D (yes, I admit I can wander off into crazy theories and then have to reign myself in or read reality here and reset. lol) I wonder if all of this wasn't part of some plan also. What if they agreed before being arrested that they would hold out as long as possible and then Jake would confess and say it was him mostly and that George didn't shoot anyone. Maybe even hoping that George would go to trial and somehow he would get off of his charges and then could be free and raise the kids? I just don't see Angela agreeing to confess though before so maybe she was a wild card and it was a surprise to them that she confessed. Maybe through the pre trial stuff when she learned exactly what they had that put her in the mix she got scared? I just keep thinking for a family that was so worried about the grandkids they sure didn't have a back up plan so that one of them would get the kids when this all went down?

Found a wristband of Hanna Rhoden from hospital

And an empty prescription bottle for George for sleeping medication

Also found a buried trailer.

Angela, Jake and George moved into where Angela's father had lived. They installed pull cameras at the house and at the Flying W

They searched that house and Flying W in August 2018 - Scheiderer was talking about possible threats against law enforcement as reason for search warrants but defense objects, leading to bench conference

Scheiderer allowed to answer: there were possible threats against him and then he says then Attorney General Mike DeWine. BCI found computers on Flying W - internet search history night before grand jury procedings. Search penalty for lying to grand jury or lying to BCI.

Finally they show the SKS ammo mag bought

Here’s picture

Actually the pill bottle is for trazadone - an antidepressant. Also defense on cross asks about Billy being "a doomsdayer" meaning he stocked up for the end of the world. Had a special vest made.

Defense wants to ask what Angela said about buying bug detector and prosecution objects - another bench conference.

Objection sustained. Defense asks that George's credit card bought bug detector - but Scheiderer can't say who actually bought it. Tries to ask if he knows if someone else bought it but objection.

BCI gun expert Matt White returns to the stand.

going to prepare my dinner...
I think the defense out-foxed itself objecting to the line of questioning about threats to law enforcement. They interrupted the witness, were briefly sustained, AC asked for a sidebar, and then Judge D reversed himself. And whey the defense objected to going back to repeat the testimony, the judge allowed the witness to finish his statement---which was that then AG Dewine (now governor) was threatened. So all of that just served to emphasize how nuts these threats were.

In for a penny, in for a pound. I don't see GW4 taking a plea at this point.
