I am curious if the Wagner's had this part all planned out too. I am curious if they had a plan for if they got caught during the crimes or shortly after. If one of them got arrested, but not the others. What did they plan to say or do? When I get really into my crazy thinking :p:D (yes, I admit I can wander off into crazy theories and then have to reign myself in or read reality here and reset. lol) I wonder if all of this wasn't part of some plan also. What if they agreed before being arrested that they would hold out as long as possible and then Jake would confess and say it was him mostly and that George didn't shoot anyone. Maybe even hoping that George would go to trial and somehow he would get off of his charges and then could be free and raise the kids? I just don't see Angela agreeing to confess though before so maybe she was a wild card and it was a surprise to them that she confessed. Maybe through the pre trial stuff when she learned exactly what they had that put her in the mix she got scared? I just keep thinking for a family that was so worried about the grandkids they sure didn't have a back up plan so that one of them would get the kids when this all went down?

The only plan we heard of was the free Ws to attack all authorities and break the incarcerated Ws out of prison. Break Sheiderer's face and all that. But there can be a Wagner scheme we haven't heard.

....

Maybe the defense just now got around to hearing those truck recordings that are 4x more damning? Sorry George, we're pulling the plug on you buddy. First thing this morning they got him to change his plea? Eveslage was supposed to testify today, she handled the bugging, right?

I'm going to stop posting for a bit... just to give everyone a break from me, I've been posting a lot. ...durn Maxwell House.

ALL My Opinion.

Billy agrees to testify, against GW4, in exchange. Jake can run for Prom Queen at the prison he will sent to. George can get Parole, after 40 years. AW, will get some visitation with the Grand kids. ALL My Opinion.

But Look for Billy to make a deal, soon. He knows Jake will lie and get the death penalty brought back on the table.
His own deal, might not let Jake send them up the river.

Think of the goofy thing that can happen, in a case and it will occur at some point in this one.

ALL My Opinion.

I agree on some of your points. I think Billy will eventually agree to a deal of some kind, probably after he's seen Jake and Angela testify against GW4. That may be what it takes for him to finally realize his position. JMO, I've long thought that Billy's attorneys would like him to take a plea deal, but he's fighting it.

Could it be Jake's ex wife?
This is what I wonder. I was going to do my daily walk between 12:30 and 1:30 but now I will be glued to the computer.

Don't stop. What you write is always interesting.

I am going to guess 2 days. I predict lots of direct, cross, redirect, re cross, redirect, etc. You know how they like that tit for tat stuff and everyone wants the last word. LOL
And ...objection...objection...objection...

If George decides to take a plea, that would be epic.

I've got 23 minutes to stretch my legs and a double shot of Nescafé.

Was a threatening recording played ?

Also according to Randa she stated CN kept in close contact all this time with George; up until just a month ago.
IMO, CN was desperate for George to be innocent and wanted George to verify his guilt/innocence (Randa spoke to this on the stand.) So, something gave CN pause at that time to stop speaking with George. Something must've finally clicked with CN.
Yes, especially seeing that they are less than two years apart in age, grew up like brothers more-so than cousins, and he'd believed so hard that they couldn't have done it. I felt sad for him.

What with me watching live, trying to catch up on the 2 weeks I missed (at night) and reading back & participating on this forum, my dog is OVER this trial interfering with her routine. I can see her roll her eyes every time I reach for the Kindle.

Confession time!
I've had to roll back this mornings events because I fell asleep. Again. Did they talk shoes? I saw them on the end of the table and didn't see any more than that.

Shoes on witness stand. I believe he just identified the individual shoe item numbers as matching those numbers on the infamous shoe receipts.

Sorry, I should have clarified. I was only referring to the who
moved CR & Gary/who was inside CR's home. I think the shoe print helps put GW there but just as important, GW was in the car when the shoes were purchased, so he DOES know about them, which helps prove conspiracy.
I totally missed the part where he was in the car when they were purchased. That kind of smokes AW's story of her bringing them home and the boys not liking them, so she threw them away.

Could be anything at this point...but I think they are all cowards and delusional. I also think that their time behind bars has thrown them in to a reality they could not have imagined. It's real now! They are all out for themselves at this point and even though the grandkids were the center of their twisted world, they are all out for themselves! JMO. I look for their testimonies to not follow their previous confessions and will be tripped up, if not during direct then by defense. JW will not be able to convince the jury that GW4 did not shoot/kill someone. Therefore a guilty verdict for GW4 and DP back on the table. Anyone know the blond lady in the same row as Tony?????

That came out in her Montana interview. She said she did not buy the boys shoes. They showed her the receipts. She said they didn't like them when she got home so she threw them away. They showed her a video still of all of them in the car in Wal-Mart parking lot.

Smoked is an understatement. It was FIRE

There is so much more reality in store for the W-4 and I am here for it! County jail is a walk in the park compared to where they're headed.

I always thought it was Chris Rhoden's sister, but not sure which one.

We'll all remember where we were that day G4 pleaded guilty ! Is this it?

The lunch timer is at zero, let's have at it!

Edit: They're back!

Texts between Jake and Hanna Rhoden. They used the lunch hour to give defense a chance to review the texts. 50 pages according to Parker.

Keep in mind, RN is full time caregiver for her mother and not a young woman herself. As for few in the courtroom, it puts a hardship on working folks to attend a lengthy trial. As much as they might want to be there to face GW, it may not be feasible. It's also emotionally draining. Some may have to pick & choose the days they can attend. I'm willing to bet they will do their best to be there for JW & AW testimony, when the jury comes back with the verdict and definitely for sentencing. Being able to watch it on their own time, without cameras watching them might be preferrable. These poor people have been in the spotlight long enough.
RJN is the same age as my s/o. Yes, we're one of those Appalachian couples, and I'm the significantly younger, but late 60s isn't all that old these days. JM and RJN are around the same age iirc. I wasn't bashing RJN for not being there, b/c at this juncture, if it were me, I'd likely not be there unless I was re-called, or it was time for sentencing. I'd guess she's probably had enough of her daughter's destructive behaviour, and that of her grandson's.
