Bringing forward from last thread

Did the witness say what account that money, $27,000, was transferred into? Was that money from FW given to JW via that GWIV/AW account?

I wonder if this was right around the time JW started soliciting funds from the public to pay his lawyer's bills?
It seems now that this account was incorrectly marked, entered into evidence and testified to as being GWIV's joint account with AW. The "George" on this joint account was really BW.

How the prosecution is going to rehabilitate that glaring mistake, I don't know. I hope they decide to move onto those truck tapes soon and put this badly done work behind them. AJMO

Hmmm... big guy in the false bottom? That might be crowded and uncomfortable for him shooting. Adds something more for me to think over. I guess they had 'shooting holes' too in the side?
Probably just to hide them when they drove up in CR's driveway. Shots from the rifle look to be coming right over the lawnmower thing from about waist high. Interesting.

I think the murder truck could've been backed in, tailgate facing the front door. G4 and JW in the bed, lying prone.

Didn't AC say BW opened the tailgate when they were looking for his phone?

According to this testimony, it sounds like the Wagners were a criminal enterprise financially connected to each other.
I don't see that at all, there are questionable insurance claims which fall under other evidence acts but I wouldn't call that a criminal enterprise, AW either didn't or wouldn't work, BW had had enough of the whole family and had run home to mummy, after Bethel Rd burnt down and they got the insurance money he was out of there, GW and JW bought a home, BW left his boys to provide for their mother,

BW finances were tied in with FW according to witness, JW and GW and AW were tied together because AW needed their money as she didn't work so had no income

I know in the DC area a top notch criminal lawyer charges upwards of $1100/hour, as was in 2016.
I'm not sure about a DP certified in the Columbus Ohio area. I know BW's atty is considered to be a pretty good lawyer.

Can anyone confirm if Jake and Angela are no in same Jailhouse as George?

JW is in Franklin
GW4 is in Montgomery
GW3 is in Butler
AW is in Delaware

Last I have record of at least.

Good morning from Pike County - more from the murder trial of George Wagner IV. First up is BCI forensic accountant Michael Kaizar continuing his testimony from yesterday.

They are going through credit cards in the names of Jake, Angela and George. There was a purchase and a receipt for something just shown to the jury on Jake's card - Walmart receipt for the camera kit.

View attachment 374180

There were two attempts to use George's Cabela Visa card that were declined (possibly for China purchase) and then another purchase was made with Jake's credit card.

Also bought ammunition at a Bass ProShop in Cincinnati. 40 rounds of ammo per box and a magazine bought as week - SKS magazine 30 round. .762 x 30 mm ammunition

George Wagner's credit card was never refunded for the $600-plus purchase to Chinese company. They haven't said exactly what that purchase was for - but the website they found on laptop indicated it was a cell phone jammer from China.

That purchase was made on March 18, 2016. Now onto one on April 13, 2016 from Rural King in Waverly for $553. Bought another flashlight. Another one on George's card from OK Auto Parts in Peebles in April 2016 for an auto filter possibly used as silencer

More on George's card on April 27 2016 at Rural King - bought a gun with his name on the receipt.

Prosecution previously introduced a Beretta 9 mm with skulls on the grips that was bought on that day.

Home equity loan on Peterson Road property in Jake's name, but then some money from that loan sent to George Wagner's credit card

In the bond hearing Nash said the murder kit purchases were from Jake's rewards card and other purchases from Jake - that it was Jake and Angela buying murder kit purchases not George and there was no proof George was involved with all that. No proof George used Jake's rewards card or even Angie's family laptop.

Now we are seeing that George could have been involved with the murder kit purchases.
If George can be linked to any murder kit purchases this is very damming for him.

Plus, the prosecution seems to be showing George was aware of murder kit purchases made by Jake, and of course the murder shoes from Angela, just for starters. He was in the truck when Angela was in Walmart buying his murder shoes, shows on video camera in Walmart parking lot.

Oh yeah, I think Jake said George bought an oil filter to use as a suppressor - plus was practicing shooting suppressors in his woods - and he helped buy the murder truck and modify it.
Plus George bought a glock according to his uncle CN, and BCI has George on audio admitting to buying a mask and night scope.

Strong evidence building against George. Right Nash?

Follow the money trail...$$$$

They built a false bottom for the two of them to hide and put hay bales on top, in the truck bed. BW pulled in and then at some point opened the tail gate or it was already open. I was under the impression, IIRC, that JW and GWIV got out of the truck and hid themselves for when BW came out with CRSR. I may be remembering that incorrectly.

A pic or two of it would help. Maybe

If they backed in toward the mower, maybe even the rear of the truck bed over top of the mower, two shooters lying down in the bed might be the right height of the bullet trajectories.

It really doesn't matter who's account belongs to whom. The entire point is to show it didn't matter because all of their finances were intertwined. People can cherry pick pieces of evidence all they want. It's an exercise in futility and it is not the direction the prosecutors are taking. The totality of the evidence will send this murderer to the big house. JMO

Waiting for them to finish with Kaizar - then I will post the rest of the tweets for him. He is on re-direct right now.
Plus make my dinner! :)

So, do they have any proof with CC purchases that GW4 bought any of the stuff for the murders, or did the witness mess up and attribute it to #4 rather then #3.

The thing that I fear is whatever purchases made from that accounting that were attributed to the defendant. With all these accounts I can't remember those slides from the mixed up account, what purchases they had.

Prosecutor seems to be straightening it out now.

Good question...the slides they showed had the joint tited as GWIV and AW but I can't recall what the exact purchases were. Prosecutor seems to be clarifying it now

Thinking back to the text messages between AW & BW, I’m not so sure BW left sons to provide for their mother so much as AW refused to leave said sons - and especially their small children, her grandchildren. She wanted the littles, she couldn’t take the littles away from their fathers so she very obviously chose them over her husband.

Also - I am in NO WAY defending AW but she was responsible for keeping her grandchildren 24/7 while their fathers worked & were on the road for days at a time, providing housekeeping & saving them daycare & babysitting fees. Of course, they didn’t “believe” in leaving their children with babysitters or even public/private school (or even biological mothers) but that’s another piece of the puzzle.

And not defending BW but what man wants to live in a house where his wife is tucking in their adult son(s?) & rubbing their backs in bed while soliciting sexual advisement (testimony by TW)

The W-4s aren’t your everyday dysfunctional family. There’s many complex layers to the dysfunction. No one piece of evidence or testimony is going to convict GW but there’s no denying a very ugly big picture is coming into focus.
