But with the ballistics testimony I also thought they said shots came from the area of that plow or whatever it was, big metal thingy, in the front yard area...like that's where at least one shooter was positioned behind?

I think it is fair to say that these various credit cards in the names of the family members could often be used by another member of the family to actually order online or to purchase items in person. I often let my grandchildren use my credit card to purchase items online and at stores with my permission. Now, even in person, merchants rarely ask for IDs to prove card belongs to them. If JW's card was used, AW or GW or BW could have actually made the purchase. Unless and until one or more of the defendants testify I don't think we'll ever know who actually purchased any item. JMO

I agree. For in person purchases, a video would be helpful.

I hope someone from the insurance company testifies, I would like to know what they were claiming.

They did burn hayfields iirc, from TC's testimony. They'd be claiming a monetary loss.

That's how I remember it too. THe photos showing the trajectories also imply what you're saying.

yes, from that area. but pics show trajectory was higher than top of mower thing. Maybe waist high at the point of the mower.

I think probably can't prove who fired what. Best bet is probably part of the conspiracy = guilty of murder.

Yes, I recall that. I just want the exact facts. Was the Bethel Hill Rd. property ever in AW and BW name? I looked at the property website and FW and her deceased husband's trust are current owners. It is 845 Bethel Hill Rd correct? 117 acres last sale date 11/23/1993 with no sales history listed. Don't know how BW and AW could get insurance payouts on property that is not in their name.

I thought that Jake was small enough to fit under the truck and that George had to hide behind the mower because he was to big to get underneath the truck, JMO
