I think that's whey we are not permitted to link to them here. No way of telling if it's going to the right person. The thing is I'm not sure it would be something that would show up as a bank account until it was put into an actual bank account. I wonder if a shows up as a bank account on it's own? I assumed funds would need to be transferred out in order to use them or have them show up as belonging to a person. Anyone could start a in someone's name. It happens a lot in these high profile cases to scam people out of money. Sometimes the creators aren't even in contact with the person they are saying it's for.. just trying to scam smypathetic people out of money.
That could possibly be why, should have checked that birthdate! It should, but the issue with a Jr, Sr, III, IV, etc. things can get mixed up. My husband is a Jr and he and his dad lived in the same town for a while as adults and that I think makes it even more confusing and I'd add if you are adults with the same address, it really can get intertwined and no fault of the people or even when nobody is trying to do criminal things. My FIL had a truck of my husbands on his credit for a while and it was never in my FIL's name, never co signed, nothing. I regularly check for things like this just to make sure nothing is mixed up and there is nothing criminal going on with my FIL or my husband, it just can get put in the wrong place somehow. Not exactly sure since SSN's are very different, but it does happen.
Makes me wonder if they pulled credit reports and found the account they listed as GWIV under him instead of under Billy?
Wouldn't that mean they're sabotaging their own pleas, though? Maybe I'm not understanding but I thought it all hinged on AS and JW testifying truthfully (although AC said they didn't really need them, iirc).
Well the head investigator just testified he was aware of it from looking onlineWas that a G F M account ? did the prosecution not know about that account?
they didn't look carefully enough at the date of birth on the bank account of the GW, both the state and the forensic accountant didn't look closely at the date of births on the account, if they had they would have seen that the date of birth was too old for GW4 and was his father's date of birth, with GW3 and a GW4 involved I would have thought you would have been extra careful to make sure you knew which one had which account,Absolutely that one looks bad. I hope we get to see an explanation if it was a case of it being on the wrong credit report. I would think someone would be extra thorough with the finances so it's odd that this wasn't picked up.
That's some nasty looking water those poor guys had to dive in!Showing photos of pile of bricks removed from cistern
When Jake went to FR's the first time but couldn't get in, GWIV and BW were inside CRSR's trailer moving the bodies into the bedroom. But weren't there two people inside CR1's trailer?

Maybe it didn't get to a cutting the check phase?I think that's whey we are not permitted to link to them here. No way of telling if it's going to the right person.
The fundraising person gets the funds no matter if it's over or under the target amount raised. There's no way of knowing if that person will give the funds to the cause/person they state they're fundraising for. The funds are held by the G F M account until the fundraiser is concluded. G.F.M. will then cut a check or bank order to whoever set up the fundraiser.
I wonder who the test pilot was on firing the SKS through that maglite? *BOOM* oops lol. Maybe those marks on JW's face? Or BW's?
The holes weren't perfectly aligned and the bullet blew it apart.
Did White say the casing he showed the jury was 7.62?
Bet that pond looked like a vacation dive after that cistern lolI was thinking the same thing. I hope they got a bonus for doing that. Ugh! Same with the guys who had to dive into the pond on FWF
My first thought was "Bless them for sticking with it". But they do love this kind of thing - any excuse to use their skills but especially if their findings can solve a case or bring a family closure/comfort. Unsung heroes for sure. That's some nasty looking water those poor guys had to dive in!
